On April 09, 2024 a Tuesday, I’d picked my Marlowe up from George Bush International Airport in Houston Texas. After many months of searching for my second frenchie there was one sight that kept drawing my attention back. It was TomKings breeds. The puppies were like nor other to me. The minute I spotted the frenchie I’d wanted (Marlowe). The transition began. The communication with the company was top notch. I was kept informed on all the process needed to make the exchange smoothly. Me and my older frenchie Pete love the new addition to the family. Marlowe immediately blended in. The TomKings has a great tradition of breeds.

Once Marni arrived, as my vet asked me about Marni's early medical history, Tomking's veterinarian was there to partner directly with my veterinarian to ensure a solid foundation for her growth/vaccinations going forward. Geri and the rest of the staff didn't just drop my once I had my dog. It's been over a year and they still check in to see how Marni is doing, answer any of my questions and give advise and guidance. We truly are a family now. Tomkings is invested in Marni and I now and forever! Marni is happy, healthy and everything I'd hoped for. I cannot recommend Tomkings enough! They are committed to us for life and there is no better feeling!

TomKings Were great to work with from the start until “puppy-in-hands”. Our puppy is beautiful, the quality is better than expected.

Customer service was great, but the important thing was our puppy arrived sick. Bad diarrhea and cough. He tested positive for bordatella and worms. It’s been almost a month now and he’s still got both symptoms. Even after several doses of meds from vet. So we are beginning to worry.

Heard about these guys and thought I would check them out since I was ready for my own frenchie. I had been in contact for a year or two prior but these guys are amazing. Help you whenever and if ever you need it they are just a email or text away. Very good and quick responses and just make you feel apart of the family. The Facebook family group is amazing as well. Everyone at tomkings is beyond amazing and I have been talking them up to everyone I see!!! Definitely will be back!

TKK gave us our Dream Puppy. I did a ton of research before finding TKK and even though I was initially skeptical about purchasing a pup overseas all of the positive reviews, the TKK Family Facebook and helpful blogs sold me. We were on a waiting list for a while and were fine with being patient as we wanted a boy with specific coloring. TKK could not have done a better job in matching us with our dream puppy. The communication with TKK is outstanding. I received video updates of our baby and when the time came for our pup to travel, we received very detailed instructions and tons of helpful tips to prepare for our babies arrival. The process was so easy and so organized. This is by far the best experience we have had in purchasing a puppy. Our new baby Marcel is extremely social due to TKK and he is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a healthy well socialized Frenchie, I highly recommend TomKings!
