30 Year Clothing Recenzje 

Following my order of 3x30years t-shirts I did not received any news about shipping despite 3 emails sent to the customer services.
1 month later I received 1 of the 3. The T-shirt looks good, good quality and fits well but I'm still waiting for news about the 2 others and for a reply to any of the 3 emails sent to the customer services.

Finally it seems that there was a problem with their email account. They reached me and I received my order.

Bought 2 of the 30 year sweatshirts and they are just perfect. Sizing is spot on and they are super comfortable.

Chinos look and feel really good. They are a bit slimmer in the legs than I thought they would be, so might need to give them a miss if you're on the larger side.

100% recommend. One of the most comfortable T-Shirts, I ever wore. Material is smooth, comfortable and makes a very enduring impression.

I bought 2 t-shirts in April that I had to send to be repaired. I’m very dissatisfied given that since I ordered these t-shirts:

> The delay between the order and the reception was huge (certainly, there was the COVID crisis but other companies continue to provide a good customer experience),
> The quality of the items that both had holes after 2 weeks of use,
> The process to send them back to be repaired (I had to pay the postage),
> The delay in them being repaired and sent back,
> The standard of the repairs.

I just received the 'fixed' t-shirts and it’s really unprofessional work - I could have done that myself. What a waste of money and time!

I have purchased Tom Cridland products several times based on their purported quality but what I’ve experienced recently has been a total joke and I will never buy Tom Cridland products again.

This Shop has the best Quality Shirts i ever owned. And really good service!

Been looking for a brand that commits to long lasting clothing and stumbled over 30 year clothing by Tom Cridland by accident.

When the first shirts arrived I felt very pleased. Great colours (cherry and a neon like blue?) and an overall good impression. I can't wait to find out if they stand the test of the next 30 years.

Tom is offering me a 50% discount just for writing this review. If that’s not worth 5 stars I don’t know what is. Some might say he is just buying great reviews and that this is an abuse of the system, but as long as I get my 50% off I don’t care. Oh by the way he is also a fantastic singer.

A great brand with a conscience! TC make great staples that are stylish and well constructed. I have been gifted and bought a number of items from TC over the years (30 year sweat shirt, chinos and flannels). They all fit well and have worn and washed and get better with time!

A popular brand, so sometimes it is difficult to get the size in the style you want, but always worth the wait. All my dealing with Deb on the customer service side have been nothing but positive when the 50 year jeans project was not continued because the production did not meet TC standards.

Quality clothing which doesn’t need replacing in a couple of years. Ethically produced and an environmentally sustainable business. All make so much sense to me.

Such excellent quality and so comfortable these are my new favourite t-shirts! I will be buying more for all the family.

[Update] I had a bad delivery experience with my last order but - albeit after quite a while - Tom and the company have made up for it - and I'll likely order again :-)

I ordered 4 jumpers from them in November, and only 2 arrived. I had to send multiple emails to Deborah in order for the 2 missing sweaters to be dispatched. Subsequently, due to sizing issues, I had to exchange 2 of the sweaters for exchange. Only 1 arrived in replacement, and I am still waiting for the other one to arrive, and we are now in February. Deborah has not been responsive with her emails, and her countless promises to ensure the item is shipped have not been fulfilled. I hope my case is just an anomaly but the persistent difficulty to get things done is really frustrating.

I have two 30 yr t-shirts, a sweatshirt & two pairs of chinos. All items are still good as new despite lots of wear. I had a reason to contact the company with a question regarding a t-shirt; I received a courteous reply from Deborah herself & offer of a complimentary sweatshirt as a gesture of goodwill. I can't fault the clothing, nor the genuine customer service. This day & age it's rare to get this kind of personal response & a genuine desire to make the customer feel valued. Yes, the clothing isn't cheap, but which other company allows you to return any item for a free repair, regardless of the cause, for 30 yrs? That shows the quality of the manufacture & materials. Who knows if the company will still be here, but its a unique guarantee & it gets my vote.

Tom's clothes are the most comfortable I've ever owned. I have seen nothing like them in classy high street retailers at twice the price.
