I will never order from here again and I highly recommend others to NOT order from here.

I uploaded my Save the Dates EXACTLY as the instructions said to do. I chose a pretty simple Digital Print (SO I THOUGHT).
When I received my prints, they were 100000x darker than the original pdf I uploaded to their site. My right eye is basically blacked out to the point where you can't see it. There were also ink splotches all over these prints. I simply cannot send these out because of the terrible quality.
When I reached out to customer service the SAME day I received these, they did not respond until I called them 5 days later. I asked if they could help to reprint these at no cost, considering the terrible print quality is their fault. Even after sending them the print I received vs. the print I uploaded, they refused to reprint these at no cost, as they stated "The original photo is slightly dark and will naturally print darker than how it appears on screen, as digital screens are backlit." THIS IS NEVER MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE AT ALL BTW!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered, because I would have never paid for this shit service if I had known what their quality was truly like.
Save yourself the headache.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tog.ink and unfortunately would not recommend them for custom wedding stationery.

I ordered a 5x7 Digital + Letterpress save-the-date product. I did miss the separate upload field for the letterpress artwork, and I fully acknowledge that. However, what was incredibly frustrating was that their system still allowed me to submit the order, add it to my cart, pay for a Digital + Letterpress product, and move forward with the entire letterpress layer completely blank.

Their system had already rejected my PDF multiple times when it was saved incorrectly, so once I corrected it and the file was accepted, I reasonably believed my artwork had passed the required checks for the product I was purchasing. There was no warning that the letterpress portion was missing, no error message, and apparently no prepress review before production.

Because there was no note field at checkout, I emailed customer service immediately after placing the order specifically to confirm that all of the text would be letterpressed. Their own website tells customers who need to make a change to contact Customer Care “as soon as possible” after ordering, which is exactly what I did. I was later told the order had already been printed and could not be changed.

When I asked whether any courtesy reprint, credit, or discount could be offered, the responses were dismissive and focused primarily on showing me where the upload field was located. I was even told that the product costs the same if it is ordered blank, which completely missed the point of my concern.

Unfortunately, when the cards actually arrived, there was a second issue: the print quality itself. The pastel artwork in my supplied file is intentionally soft, but still clearly defined. The finished cards arrived extremely washed out and faded. The pink monogram, green border, blue and yellow florals, and other details lost substantial saturation and contrast compared with the artwork I provided.

I understand that colors can vary somewhat between a screen and printed cotton paper, but this was far beyond a minor color shift. The final product looked noticeably different from the supplied artwork and was not something I felt comfortable mailing for my wedding.

At the end of the day, I understand that I made an upload mistake with the letterpress layer. My frustration is that a Digital + Letterpress order was able to proceed with no letterpress artwork whatsoever, without any warning, despite my contacting customer service immediately after checkout. On top of that, the actual digital print quality was significantly different from the artwork submitted.

I ended up spending around $120 on save-the-dates I will not be using and now have to have them completely reprinted elsewhere.

For anyone considering Tog.ink for wedding stationery, I would be extremely careful with the file setup and would strongly recommend requesting clarification and proofing before placing a full order.

Customer service was really unhelpful and difficult to reach. I followed instructions they gave me to use an unlisted ink color by ordering and then reaching out to them right after, but even though I reached out immediately, they did not respond to me in time and therefore the order went into production before they made the update I requested. They blamed me for this even though I directly followed their instructions and they refused to cancel the order or refund me. Therefore I received a stack of cards that were completely useless and had to be thrown in the trash. They printed envelopes for me as well and each print was completely off center and gray instead of color. May be cheaper than some other services but not worth the headache. Laughably, the wedding invitation suites that I made using their services after all the hassle were then all lost by the post office anyway.

I would never order from TOG.ink again.

I designed my entire wedding invitation suite myself and paid for the Digital + Thermography printing option. When my invitations arrived, they were completely flat. There was no thermography whatsoever.

Customer service told me I had uploaded my thermography artwork to the wrong upload field, so they simply printed the invitations digitally instead. The problem is they never contacted me before production. They knew I had paid for a premium printing method, yet they printed and shipped a completely digital order anyway and still charged me for Digital + Thermography.

When I asked for a refund or reprint, they refused and offered only a 10% discount to reorder my invitations at my own expense.

Afterward, I found multiple other reviews describing the exact same experience with letterpress and thermography orders.

If you order from TOG.ink, triple-check every upload, because if something is missing or in the wrong place, they won’t contact you before printing and don’t expect them to make it right afterward.

Customer service is the absolute worst. They are extremely rude on all platforms rather you do chat, phone, or email. They messed up an order of mine and attempted to blame me despite their lack of quality assurance. Will never be doing business with them again and I suggest you avoid them as well.

Tog.Ink does not do a good job of communicating with their customers. If you order a letterpress order and do not fully provide the right attachments, they will not reach out and work with you to fix it, instead they will print digital only and charge you full price for letterpress, and then refuse to refund you the difference.

I am very disappointed in basically everything I have received from this company. I have now made 3 orders with them. I have done 2 different specially cuts on paper and each look terrible. The items I have done with rounded corners are frayed and look cheap. The letterpress and printing was off alignment and looked cheap.

On top of having a mediocre product, my current project I am waiting on (which is a reprint from them messing up another project of mine) is looking at close to a MONTH of production time. Not the 7-9 business days as they advertise ALL OVER one the site.

Can't wait to never have to talk to them again.

I have now had 2 disappointing orders with this company. They messed up my last order with them, I complained and they gave me a partial refund. I resubmitted so that I could have a few correct invites to send to family. They have now delayed my reprint by over a week.

Their customer service is not at all helpful. I was just informed they added an extra week + to their production timeline for my project because an em dash was "too thin". I resubmitted the art within 10 mins of them requesting with a slightly thicker em dash and now they have told me my project turn around is now another 7-9 business days of production after already waiting 8 business days for them to tell me my dash was too thin....

Never making the mistake of ordering here again and I would advise you not to as well. They clearly are in over their heads with orders they can't maintain.

I paid for a premium letterpress + digital product and received a fully digital print instead. Letterpress is a distinct, higher-cost printing method, so this was not a minor error. It was a complete failure to deliver what was ordered.

What is more concerning is how this was handled. The company acknowledged that no file was uploaded for the letterpress portion, yet proceeded to print and ship the order without any attempt to confirm or clarify. If a customer pays for a premium upgrade, there should be a basic level of quality control before production.

Customer service was equally disappointing. After a long hold time, my call was disconnected. In follow-up communication, I was told to reorder at my own expense, with only a 20% discount offered. Asking a customer to pay again for an order that was incorrectly fulfilled is not a reasonable resolution.

This experience reflects a lack of accountability, poor quality control, and inadequate customer support. I would strongly reconsider before using this company for any custom print work.

We ordered prints for our wedding which at the time of ordering said it estimated to ship to us by february 3rd. We were contacted by the company regarding our letterpress image which we promptly responded about an hour later via email. At that time they extended our shipping date to 2/9. We finally got our package on 2/12. They added free overnight shipping due to the delay in production. When my credit card was charged, they ended up charging us an extra $32 for the overnight shipping.

your prints come out uneven and your customer service doesn’t even offer to make it right. wedding invites are completely shifted off center with a border cut off on one side, and they said that’s normal

The envelope liners they provide don't actually fill up the entire space of the envelope and as a result look incomplete. They printed the envelopes upside down. Overall, shoddy work.

If you're not a professional printer be wary. Their design flow sucks. some stocks have bespoke ink choices. Some do not. you have to design around a folded card as if it is flat. there is no tool to add to their template, they dont have any. You have to create templates that align with their products individually. There is no quality control, something off that wont print on their equipment well, that is on the consumer. For my second order I chatted with their customer care (about the ink) and I own a small business so cost is a factor. I asked about the least expensive a7 stock that I could use with thermography. She told me to go look it up. I thought I would have more questions but when you toggle to their products, you cant look at them while chatting, the chat remains on the main screen. So she was super rude. consuela something. This will be my last order.

I used this site to print my wedding invitations & they turned out SO WELL. BY FAR the best pricing I found, especially for specialty printing like letterpress. I cant recommend them highly enough!!!!
