Customer service focus, legit operation
I was worried about buying here, but reviews seemed ok so I took the risk. I encountered some problems in both the check out process and when trying to use the tickets. The customer support responded within minutes and helped me to resolve the issues, even when the event was on New Years Eve. They responded immediately at 10pm on NYE and helped me get through the entry issues. I would definetly use them again.

Amazing time for New Years Eve Fireworks
Had an amazing time for the New Years Eve fireworks show, truly unbelievable experience and would definitely recommend tixtransfer! I purchased tickets few days before the event and was really nervous about receiving my tickets but the customer service team was in constant contact with me and i have to give them a five star ⭐ rating because it was the Christmas holidays and they were pretty much available 24/7. Great event with excellent customer service, definitely a trustworthy source for tickets!

A complete scam, I bought to see the fireworks and the police had already identified the tickets from this company to not allow entry, there were many people who could not enter, the police told us that they are fake tickets... do not buy from this company, they are thieves

Tickets are a scam! Brought NYE Firework tickets and weren't allowed in as we were being told by the event staff that they wouldn’t let us in as the tickets were a scam. Don’t buy from this company, it may look real but they are scamming you.

Scam NYE tickets
Scam!
Bought London NYE tickets, was provided a code to get in. Tried to use the ticket provided and was sent away by event staff claiming it was a fake ticket.
After trying to resolve and obtain a refund they sent a screenshot of a legit ticket and told me to use this to get past the first checkpoint but use the 2nd ticket to get into the venue.. this was 20 minutes after they advised the ticket booths were closed.
They then stopped replying to my messages requesting a refund as they did not provide legitimate tickets (as can be seen above where they tried to get me to use 2 separate tickets to mislead the organisers)
Scam. Do not buy.

Purchased tickets which as promised arrived the evening before the show, Tickets worked and to my surprise the tickets had been upgraded to the next category free of cost. Would recommend if your stuck looking for tickets. Definelty legit ticket website.

The only thing that I wasn’t liked was the timing speed at the food court and they closed before the concert was finished when people after wanted to eat, every thing was shot down and all people were stuck in the parking for 2 hours

Many thanks to the company! I dreamed of going to an Ed Sheeran concert. There were no tickets for 1.5 months on Dubai websites. and on the day the concert began, friends recommended this site to me. I was very surprised, this would be the only site where there were tickets! I bought the tickets, they sent them in 30 minutes and 2 hours later I was already at the Ed Sheeran Concert!!! Fantastic!

Tix transfer is absolutely legitimate. This is the first time I have used a resale ticketing platform and it wasn’t disappointing at all. Since I booked the last minute, it arrived some 6-7 hours before the show. The customer service team was proactive on email helping me clarify my queries.
