Visiting on a cruise ship. Made our own way there. Two pensioners £76, absolutely shocking despite much lower oap rates on the board. Crowded and very slow moving 3d screens displaying sections of s... Zobacz więcej

Cost may not reflect good value for money. Much of the displays are on screens, with few actual examples of shipyard life. It is an experience, not a museum, and sadly if you just stay in the main bui... Zobacz więcej

Been a many times
It's an amazing place and buildinh and there are some great staff there who are happy to give out the detail to titanic obsessed children. I want to go back and see what is like after the refit. You can learn more each time. Fair warning it is very popular and gets busy. If you go late in the day or first thing its quieter.
Great little break
Just returned from 3 nights at this wonderful hotel and will definitely return. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are first class. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Food and rooms are excellent.
Wiliam McIlroy the head Concierge is one in the nicest people I’ve met. He is so so helpful and full of knowledge and helpful tips on places to visit. He will also book trips for you .
This is an absolutely epic place
This is an absolutely epic place and my kids really enjoyed it there.
Went to the Museum and LOVED it
Went to the Museum and LOVED it. It’s not a Disney world ride or attraction it’s the history into the building of the the Titanic and the people who built it. Yes there’s a lot of reading. Of course there is that’s how history is logged. The ride was really good showing how the riggers welders and apprentices worked
The last part on the trail of events leading to this catastrophe is shocking but that’s what happened . Would definitely go again
Don’t go if you don’t like lifts
Don’t go if you don’t like lifts. A complete waste of money for me.
Titanic disappointment...We went to the titanic exhibition what…
We went to the titanic exhibition what a disappointment. We also got a meal which was very expensive for the amount you got. I left half of mine as it wasn't very nice. Were as in Aug we went to the game of thrones studio tour it was amazing had you hooked from the minute you went in. In my opinion this doesn't get the push from the tourist industry that titanic does.
One for your bucket list
We must’ve spent 1.5 hours here, but I could have easy spent 4 hours here, it’s just too busy to stand and read everything when people are waiting to look at what you are looking at. An unexpected bonus was the ride, loved it! Everyone should go here once in their life, the last part is humbling.
Titanic a total waste of money
Titanic a total waste of money. If you’ve read the book or seen the film don’t bother coming and spending £24.95! If you’ve been to the exhibit in Florida you will be very disturbed. Awareness exhibitions of a furnace. 16% of the heat elements were working so you do not get to feel the real heat from a furnace. Not getting a full experience. If you are considering an audio guide, if you can read English you have no need to purchase one. Because it is not an audio guide as described but a translator for other languages.
Extremely overcrowded
It was very very overcrowded and very hot. Many things we couldn't read simple because people were crowded around things. It was also very difficult move around, just because of the crowds, often like being in the tube during rush hour and then it was very very hot inside.
In the end we decided to skip through. Also, staff not particularly helpful i.e. the children's trail, we found by accident rather than staff informing us.
Overall, I would avoid wasting my money.
All reading and little else.....
.....which is fine but for an entrance fee of £25 each I expected a lot more than reading material available in books, an extremely boring ride and audio transcripts you can hear on YouTube. To conclude is a reading history of the Titanic discovery, a list of the survivors and those lost followed by a few artifacts from Titanic, a violin, fur coat and a deckchair. I feel financially exploited.
Still a little lacking
This was my second visit, and whilst it wasn't as crowded as the first time, and I could read the majority of the text panels, I was disappointed that in the years in between visits, little had developed in the way of child-friendly interactive features. A lot of information is still being presented on text panels.
Some staff were lovely and friendly (the ladies running the cable car experience especially), but there were a few who needed a refresher on how to engage with guests. In a room full of people taking video, and photos of a light installation, I was the only one told off for taking video - there was no signage to indicate this was not permitted, and the manner in which is was spoken to was unnecessarily rude. A few moments later, the staff member called out to anyone listening that there was to be no more video, only pictures. He didn't seem particularly happy in his job - shame. I suggest signage to indicate to patrons that there are restrictions.
We paid £73 for a family of 5 and spent a couple of hours there. As much as I have been fascinated by Titanic since I was a child, being particularly proud it was built in my home county, I would not return to Titanic Belfast; I don't feel it offers value for money and I have attended other exhibitions that tour that are better designed and have a range of artefacts associated with either Titanic, Olympic or The White Star Line.
Overcrowded and too expensive.
Lovely museum, but way ovewrcrowded. Not sure why time slots are necessary when booking because it is packed to the brim.
The spaces are small enough to quickly fill and the amount of people let in at a time means it is a rolette enjoying the displays without someone eyeing you out to move. Tickets are also expensive. This brings me to the second point, my wive one of our children could not join due to being sick, but no refund for those expensive tickets or even a voucher for another visit. With the price of tickets and the the fact that it seems more important to maximise footfall most likely for maximum profit I have to say we left disappointed.
One of the best days we have had
One of the best days we have had out at a single venue. (Mum, Dad and 10 year old)
We were only in Belfast for a day and pre-booked the White Star Premium Pass. We had a few questions, so submitted them on the website and received detailed responses within half an hour.
Everything is very well organised.
SS Nomadic, was excellent and very easy to access.
Discovery tour was led by a lovely Canadian guide, who we felt was exceptional! Very informative.
Museum itself was superb and we bumped into tour guide again who was again amazing.
As part of the White Star pass, we also had a free meal in the excellent cafe, my son received free activity pack and we also received free gifts (Coin, key ring and magnet)
I would recommend the premium pass! Very good value.
Amazing
Amazing, well worth the money and very beautiful and informative. 10/10 recommend for a tourist

Has a risk assessment been done on the steps to the entrance. Isnt it a health and safety issue to have steps missing for members of the public with all kinds disabilities to have to negotiate. Totally disappointing to see an elderly gentleman fall on his front on 27.7.23.
Excellent
Excellent. Well worth the money. Brings home the real sadness of the tragedy.
Titanic museum Belfast - not to be missed
We bought the Premiere Pass tickets which were pricey but you did get did get to see and do everything plus you got £10 to spend in either the gift shop or cafe. We were also given commemorative coins. The discovery tour was excellent, lead by Shirley. The headphones provided were a real bonus and you could hear everything she said as clear as day. The ride through the ships bowels was interesting and a welcome sit down. The Nomadic was well worth looking at but we weren't allowed on deck as it was raining. The 3D projection through the ship was fabulous. We were completely Titanicked out by the end of it. We started at 11am and finished at 4pm after we had tea and cake in the galley. I enjoyed every minute.
Well worth a visit - even with the big price tag.
I was last at Titanic Belfast when it first opened years ago. I was not impressed then. I brought my 7 yr old grandson today and we both loved it. Such an improvement. A brilliant story of the Titanic was told ending with a fantastic and very moving exhibit. A real human story. It was very very busy but every single staff member was so helpful and cheerful. The food offering is not great and there was minimal seating in the 2 cafes. This did not dampen our experience. I was shocked at first at the price but now I think it is a very fair price. Thank you, all at Titanic Belfast.
Too crowded
Too crowded! Felt very dark and claustrophobic. Regret not getting a digital guide, as that may have helped with our understanding of the exhibition. Unfortunately the outline of the ship outside, wasn’t visible as a gig was being set up it at the time of our visit. Toilets are well hidden in dark corners! Staff wear red shirts-very smart in daylight but impossible to see in the dimness of the exhibition. There was too much about the history of Belfast at the time of building the ship, a lot of information!! The interactive exhibit about the rivets would have been good if you could have seen it! Sadly there were too many people in the way! The all round video was brilliant!! Glad we’ve done it, but bit disappointed tbh!
Too crowded to enjoy
Very over crowded. Pushed along through experiences, no time to read. Not many artefacts. Just such a disappointment.
