I want to share my honest experience with this prop firm.
About two months ago, I purchased their 200k 2-Step Challenge during their Buy One Get One Free promotion. The price was honestly one of the best on the market.
First, I’d like to talk about the rules. Everything is very straightforward. The FAQ explains everything clearly, and if you have any questions, their Discord is also very helpful. The spreads were good, I never had any issues with execution, and the leverage was solid. Overall, my evaluation experience was a 9/10.
The only small issue during the evaluation was that it took about one extra day longer than they originally said for me to receive my accounts. However, I did receive them, passed the evaluation, and eventually made $10,600 in profit.
This is where my experience became disappointing.
I requested my payout on Thursday, June 25. I was told that the approval process would take 24–48 hours.
I opened a support ticket on June 30, and I was again told it would take another 24–48 hours for approval. Unfortunately, then they told that they had a problem in the back ends.
I understand that they mentioned on their Discord that they’re experiencing system issues, and I completely understand that technical problems can happen. I’m not writing this review to attack the company—I simply think it’s fair for potential customers to know what my experience has been.
The biggest downside is that while I’m waiting for my payout approval, I can’t trade the account. I’ve already missed several good trading opportunities. My next payout date is Thursday, July 9, which means I’ll only have a few days to generate profit before the next payout instead of the usual two-week trading period.
I do want to give credit where it’s deserved. Their customer support is genuinely excellent. Responses usually come within minutes, sometimes even seconds. Joshua and Wade helped me multiple times, and they were always friendly, professional, and willing to help.
That’s why this situation is so disappointing. The support team is outstanding, but unfortunately, the long payout approval process overshadows what has otherwise been a very positive experience.
I sincerely hope they resolve these delays soon and i know they can. aside from the payout processing time, my experience with the firm has been very good.

Passed the 100K challenge, waited over a week, then all accounts were closed using a technical allocation rule
I am leaving this review based on my real experience with Titan Capital Markets. I purchased their evaluation accounts, including a 100K challenge and another account under their buy-one-free-one promotion. I worked hard, followed the trading process seriously, and successfully passed both phases of my first 100K challenge. Naturally, I expected to receive the simulated funded account after passing Phase 2.
However, after I passed, the process became extremely frustrating. I was told that the review/funded account process would take around three business days, but after waiting, I still did not receive the contract or simulated funded account. I contacted support multiple times. To be fair, the support replies were fast, but the answers were vague and mostly about “backlogs.” At one point, I was told there was no specific timeframe they could promise. As a trader who had just passed a 100K evaluation, this was very stressful and disappointing.
While waiting, I also noticed many people in the Discord server discussing delays with funded accounts and payouts. This already made me worried, but I still waited because I had already passed and hoped the firm would eventually process everything properly.
After around one week and two days of waiting/manual review, instead of receiving my funded account, I received an email saying I had breached their Maximum Allocation Rules. They claimed that XAUUSD was traded across multiple accounts with a combined allocation of $210,000, exceeding their maximum allocation per instrument. Because of this, they said the affected accounts would be permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and any funded accounts originating from those challenge accounts would be disqualified.
The most frustrating part is that I did not trade all accounts at the same time. I traded one account at a time. I did not even touch the second 100K account until I had already passed the second phase of the first 100K account. From my side, there was no intention to abuse the system, copy trade, or exceed risk exposure across accounts at the same time. I was simply trading the accounts that were provided to me, including the extra account from their own promotion.
If the firm has a rule that says traders cannot trade the same instrument across accounts once total allocation exceeds a certain amount, then this rule should be made extremely clear before traders trade. Even better, their system should block traders from breaching it or warn them before it happens. Instead, I only found out after passing the challenge and after waiting for the funded account process. It feels extremely unfair that they can give multiple accounts through promotions, allow trading activity, and then later use a technical allocation rule to close everything.
I am not saying every trader will have the same experience. I have seen some people post funded certificates in Discord, and some users claim they have been paid before. But my own experience has been very negative. I passed the challenge, waited for the funded account, received vague backlog explanations, and then had my accounts closed after a long manual review due to a rule that I honestly feel was not clearly communicated enough.
This experience made me feel like my time, effort, and money were wasted. I spent money on the challenges, worked seriously to pass them, and then did not even get the chance to trade the simulated funded account properly.
My advice to anyone considering Titan Capital Markets is: be extremely careful. Before buying or trading multiple accounts, ask support in writing about maximum allocation rules, whether accounts from promotions count together, whether trading the same pair on different accounts at different times is allowed, and whether evaluation accounts and funded-origin accounts are aggregated together. Save all replies and screenshots.
For me, the biggest issue is not only the rule itself. The biggest issue is the timing, the delay, the vague communication, and the fact that the rule was enforced only after I had already passed and waited for the funded account process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

This review is misleading and you breached clearly stated rules. Honest traders that follow our rules continue to get funded without any issues.
Your accounts were closed for a valid Maximum Allocation Rule breach, not arbitrarily and not because you passed. The rule is clear: once your total allocation exceeds $200,000, you must trade different instruments. You continued trading the same pair across accounts after crossing that threshold, which is why the affected accounts were actioned. It does not matter that you say the accounts were not traded at the exact same time. The rule still applies once the allocation level is exceeded. This was not a hidden rule, and it was not created after the fact. It is part of the framework traders agree to before trading. Support replying quickly but not giving you the outcome you wanted does not make the decision vague or unfair. Your funded account was not withheld without reason. It was denied because the allocation rule was breached. Therefore, this review is unfair as there's no fault from our end and the rule breach happened on your end.

I am confused
I am going to start with positives in TCM they have one of the fastes live supports i have ever seen out of all prop firms really great comunity overall
but what concerns me the most is that i have submited my payout 15th june and didn t get update on it if its approved or rejected to this day i understand that prop firms may have bad times like all the others but when muting people put of general chats,support chat just because they ask for answers or they say they still haven t been paid is not okay.
Sometimes they would answer like "yes people are being being in ticket" i have proof screenshoted, when i wrote about it in my ticket that i would like to see proof that someone has been paid they simply copied and pasted the same answer. its been more than 20 days and still haven t recieved any update regardijg my case other than "be patient" like you have to understand that people need proof that the prop firm is not going down or anything but to this day since it started you didn t give us a single proof that someone is paid... i am worried i might not even get paid or approved i know for sure i did not break any of the rules. a lot of people have messaged me from discord saying they are experiencing the same problem with titan. i still have hope that we will have some answers soon because lately i see a lot of bad reviews here.

Titan Capital Markets is not closing down, and that has already been addressed in our recent update. Delays do not mean the firm is shutting down, and they certainly do not justify spreading panic or making defamatory claims about the company or its staff. Payout processing has faced delays, yes, but that is very different from saying traders are "will not be paid". In addition, majority of Funded accounts are being distributed in a timely fashion, and proof is in our Discord, #certificates channel. Traders continue to get Funded. Titan Capital Markets remains operational, continues to support traders, and we are confident that the doubters and haters will be proven wrong very soon with our further updates. In order for that to happen, we are working on long-term solutions & upgrades. We remain committed to paying our traders.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I purchased an Instant Funded account during Titan Capital Markets’ Buy One Get One Free promotion, where I was provided with two Instant Funded accounts by the company itself. Based on this promotion, I believed that having both accounts was permitted.
I submitted a payout request on one account and only then started trading on the second account. I have proof of my payout request and trading history to support this.
Later, I received an email stating that both of my accounts were permanently closed because their policy allows only one Instant Funded account at a time. If that is the policy, I don’t understand why the company issued two Instant Funded accounts under the Buy One Get One Free promotion without making this restriction clear.
What disappointed me even more was that my accounts were closed, my performance fees were forfeited, and I was blocked from their Discord before I could properly explain my situation or provide my evidence.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for a fair review based on the facts and the evidence I have. I hope Titan Capital Markets will reconsider my case and communicate with traders in a transparent and fair manner.

It is done in this way to speed up the process for traders, and put our trust that traders are able to read our clearly displayed rules or reach out to our 24/7 support for clarification. If you did that, you would have been informed about this rule, yet you did not. Allocation rule is not 'random', it is clearly stated in our #FAQS. Titan Capital Markets pays traders who follow the rules. When allocation rules are broken, payouts are denied accordingly.

My experience with Titan Capital…
My experience with Titan Capital Markets has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased an Instant Funded account and ended up with two active Instant Funded accounts on my dashboard. One of the accounts was created by Titan’s system with code Titan 45 Both accounts were active, and I traded them in good faith because Titan had issued them and never warned me that there was any issue.
After becoming eligible for a performance fee, Titan refused to pay and permanently closed both accounts, claiming I breached a “one Instant Funded account” policy.
What concerns me most is that the Instant Pro Rules I relied on did not mention this restriction. If only one account was permitted, why did Titan create and activate two accounts and allow me to trade both? Why was this only raised when it came time to pay out?
I have screenshots of the order history showing the second account was issued for $0.00 and the rules page I was following, which does not mention a one-account limit.
I believe this situation could have been handled fairly by preventing the second account from being issued or notifying me immediately, rather than allowing trading to continue and then withholding earned performance fees.
Based on my experience, I would advise prospective traders to read all terms carefully, keep records of everything, and obtain written clarification from support before relying on any account allocation.
