These are not titanium, they are stainless steel and therefore will blunt your knives. Husband did the research and then the math and worked out how much the titanium should weigh. Needless to say these were heavier than they should be. I ordered these boards on 9/06/25. The first bit of tracking showed almost hours after and the delivery for Australia which was on the website showed 4-5 days. Given that I paid the extra to protect shipping so I could track it, I was surprised when I did not received the tracking information. I messaged them on 27/06/25 to see what was happening. To their credit the support team got back to me quickly. However, I was under the impression that I was dealing with an American company. The tracking number came from Yun Express. I have received things from that mailing company before and they came from China. I finally received them on 9/7/25. Tracking on the day of delivery showed they were somewhere in America, so it was very confusing. One of the reasons I chose to use this supplier was when I did research on them they came up well, as opposed to the ones I could buy much cheaper on Amazon. My mistake. These are over priced. The ones I received are much smaller than the usual size board I use and still had rough edges in some parts. Lucky for me my husband is very handy and has smoothed the burrs off the rough edge. I have since done a google search and they sell them in Big W in Australia. Hard to say whether they are actually titanium, they have no stamping or labels on them, however, they are not magnetic and so far have not rusted. Save your money and buy them in Australia, I’m sure you can find them cheaper and be able to check out the quality before you buy!

They scammed me out of $200 of and never sent the cutting boards. Do NOT buy from these scammers!

I wish I had found this review site before I ordered ! Same issue as everyone else, the "cutting board" is ridiculously small. I too, fell for the pictures on the website and it didn't occur to me to investigate the dimensions. Looking at the Terms and Conditions for refunds, I could tell it was only going to lead to more frustration and anger so I wrote it off to experience and took the $50 hit.

I was naive and ordered a titanium cutting board with no listed dimensions, I just trusted the photos and the reviews that it was about 30cm wide and 40cm at least in length. Judging by the photos with a womans hand holding the board this is how it appeared to me.
I received a tiny little board about 15 cm wide and 25cm long. I paid $107 for that. I was infuriated. Now I just feel like I got scammed. Clever advertising and glowing reviews sucked me in.
A warning to everyone else out there, don’t trust Titachef. They are thieves. They won’t acknowledge that the size of the board is a problem!! And asked me to complete a survey telling why I wanted a refund.
I don’t know if I will ever see the refund. Time will tell.

I had high hopes to get a quality cutting board and went ahead to buy despite the price. When I got the boards after 17 days I was in shock to see that size of this boards. They are 9.5 by 5.5in., perfect for a kid's kitchen! I asked for instructions to return and they offered me 50% discount. Considering the cost of returning I agreed but I still regret it, they are useless. Deceiving advertising and after one use they are full of marks already, total waste of money, stay away. At least customer service was good, very responsive.

This site is a scam. They sent me a tiny board the size of my hand, and would not refund me.

I never received the shipping confirmation as advertised, never received the product in advertised time, and when I contacted customer service, they stated it had already shipped and there was nothing they could do. This product and company is a total SCAM, do not fall for it.

STOP!! DO NOT BUY!! These are the same operators under the brand Katuchef supplying boards that are nothing remotely similar to what they are advertising. The “boards” are so small must be quarter of the size they advertised and to me they are nothing but a piece of normal stainless steel. Scam company must be reported to authorities.

The board was a quarter of the size that they advertise. Turned up bent from shipping. They offered a 25% refund. Save your money!!!

The company appears to be a scam merchant. Paid £53,97 for a Titanium chopping board. Finally received a miniscule board measuring 247 x 145mm yesterday. Immediately notified the provider that the board does not represent what's shown in their brochure. Sending board back today to the address finally received after speaking to around 7 or 8 sales reps. Doubt I will ever see my money back, need to notify trading standards. Lesson learned - no more purchases from online sources.

I ordered 1 product but it automatically calculated 4 products to give me a legitimate burden and it's been 12 days and I haven't even been sent the product yet and whenever I send emails, the AI says the same thing. Nothing come yet!

Please use your common sense. The advertising authorities need to get on top of these asap.

Joke, clearly used an AI woman for their advert and clearly aimed towards people with a lack of common sense, just use different wooden chopping boards for different things such as having one for chicken and one for veg.

Scam, I liked the idea of a new type of chopping board but I checked the company out on ScamAdvidor.com and ScamDetector.com first and found it's only been set up a few weeks ago, the domain name expires in a year, it's hiding the owners name and is on a register popular with scammers. No reputable company would do any of those things so I'm taking the advice and will not order from these scammers.
