Nul sav dépriment
Nul le sav, on paie un prix de fou pour une bague d'une vraie marque de grand , désolé d'après mon espérance on achète la bague et limite il n'y a pas de sav ou on attend un temps fou pour la avoir et de plus il faut repayer pour une pierre qui n'a pas durée donc très très déçu de cette marque n'achèter pas cette marque surtout à un prix de fou qui n'auras jamais de sav ou pire de l'attente de la ravoir je lui donne 0 sur 10 et encore 0 c'est le minimum bonne soirée à tous et j'espère que vous lirez mon expérience

I returned a bracelet over 4 weeks ago and still not been refunded the £330. Service is the worst ever and customer services not interested.

How incredibly sorry to read that the shipping box has been damaged and that your ordered jewellery has been removed from the box. This is obviously not the intention and not the service we want to provide as TI SENTO - Milano.
We have immediately made an internal report to our logistics department and they will directly start an investigation with the logistics partner Post NL.
What we would like to offer you as a solution is that we will send you the ordered jewellery again today and this time with a different carrier. So that you will still enjoy wearing your TI SENTO - Milano jewellery.

suite à une mauvaise expérience de livraison : colis livré mais contenu volé, colis privé a été horrible car suite à soit disant à une enquête ,ils n'ont rien fait et ont classé l'affaire.j'ai contacté le SAV ti sento et même si cela à pris un peu de temps , ils sont revenus vers moi et m'ont fait un remboursement.ce qui est très correct de leur part sachant que oui j'ai acheté chez ti sento et j'exigeais de recevoir ma commande payée, mais en soit le véritable fautif est l'entreprise de livraison : colis privé , qui est une entreprise catastrophique. Ti Sento a été au même titre que moi victime de la mauvaise gestion et mauvaise foi de colis privé.donc ma mauvaise expérience se termine finalement très bien concernant mon opinion quant au SAV ti sento

The products are fake
The products are fake, I bought a bracelet, 2 rings and one pair of earrings they become red-rusty without even wearing them, especially the golden part. I do not recommend this brand to anyone. Don't spend money on fake products from this brand. Very very disappointed!!

We are sorry to read that your TI SENTO - Milano jewelry is oxidized, that is of course not the intention and we would like to solve this for you.
The jewelry you ordered is gold plated. At TI SENTO - Milano we use 925 (first grade) silver, the best quality silver that can be used for jewelry, as a base for gold plating. The layer of 18 carat gold is a layer of 3 microns.
Could you please send us a picture where it is clearly visible that the jewel is damaged?
Then I can look with you for an appropriate solution.

Long delivery time and bad quality
Long delivery time, such expensive jewelry they are sending by local post. It is not safe!
And no communication at all. I had to know how long I should wait my order, still no answers.
Finally I received my order. And I am very disappointed! The necklace was okay (4stars) for discount 50% price, but the ring. I only wore it once and the stone fell out of it!!! And it doesn't mean I washed my hands with it. NOOO!! Few years ago Ti sento milano was expensive jewelry but in good quality. What happened now? And it was not the first time, 2 years ago I had the same experience! Customer service said - I can send it back for my own money! I don't have the time for that!!!! Very very inconvenient. Seems I will choose another brands next time.

I bought a bracelet based on the size guide. It was too small. I was going to return it and buy a new bigger one but when I went to the post office it wasn’t a pre-paid label and was going to cost £15.00 to return. I emailed them and asked for them to send pre-paid returns label - they said no. The postage was a 10% of the value of the item. Now have an ornamental bracelet for the draw! AWFUL !!!

Verschrikkelijke service. Was van plan echt mooie sieraden te kopen en ook niet voor weinig maar ben ontzettend chagrijnig weggegaan. Medewerker zat constant op haar telefoon wilde niet helpen, nadat ik zelf maar vroeg om een armband te zien uit de etalage legde ze die zo neer en ging ze weer verder op haar telefoon. Kreeg de armband niet om maar te beroerd om te helpen. Een en al slecht dus

I returned an item
I returned an item , a ring , on 26th feb 2022 as per Ti Sento return policy and instructions. I have subsequently sent 4 emails asking for my refund or to send a bigger size but have not received any reply to these emails sent all in March. We are now in April and still no reply.
I am appalled by this service, I don’t know anymore what to do. This is so insulting .

Top service en top kwaliteit
Elk jaar breid mijn TiSento collectie uit. De sieraden zijn stijlvol en tijdloos. Kwaliteit en service zijn fantastisch. Manlief had voor kerst weer een mooi sieraad cadeau gedaan. Dit was niet geheel mijn smaak. Retourneren en opnieuw bestellen is gemakkelijk en simpel. Ook de snelle reactie met de klantenservice werkt goed. Zo waren de sluitingen van mijn oorbellen vorig jaar niet goed. In mum van tijd waren deze vervangen. Dit keer liet ik mijn oorbel per ongeluk op de grond vallen. En hoe ongelukkig de oorbel was gebroken. Zo jammer. Omdat ik ze slechts een week in mijn bezit heeft TiSento ze uit coulance vergoed. Echt heel bij met de service. Ga zo door dan blijf ik nog heel lang bestellen.

Sierraden maken de vrouw!
Mooie, elegante, tijdloze, klassiek maar toch moderne en kwalitatief goede sierraden.
Ben al jaren fan van Ti Sento en de sierraden gaan nooit vervelen. Keer op keer kom ik erachter dat vooral met accessoires je jouw style bepaalt. En dat dure kleding dan niet nodig is om er mooi uit te zien.
Kortom: sierraden en accessoires maken de vrouw!

Découverte de Ti Sento - Milan
Bonjour, c'était ma première commande chez Ti Sento - Milan que je viens de découvrir via Facebook. Le hasard a bien fait les choses. J'ai reçu la bague choisie relativement rapidement (j'avais été prévenue d'un petit retard) mais quand je l'ai reçue, ce petit retard a vite été oublié. Très beau bijou mis en valeur dans un très bel emballage et en annexe, un petit outil pour connaître la taille exact de la bague à choisir, très astucieux ET gratuit. Encore merci pour cette belle découverte avec vous, ce ne sera certainement pas ma 1ère et dernière commande. Il devrait y en avoir d'autres ! Je vous conseille vivement d'aller visiter leur site, vous vous laisserez sûrement tenter ;-)

Ik ben zeer tevreden over tisento. Ik heb meerdere sieraden van hun waarvan 1 armband een paar keer stuk ging. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. De armband was 1.5 jaar oud en ik had geen aankoopbon meer. Ik mocht de armband terugsturen en heb het volledige aankoopbedrag in de vorm van een gift card terug gekregen. Dit had ik niet verwacht, wat een top service. Inmiddels de kaart in de webshop besteed voor een prachtige ketting met bijpassende oorhangers.

Excellent customer service. One of the stones in my ring bought in June 2021 got lost. They sent me back a new ring in less than a week. The return costs were also covered. I am satisfied and recommend the brand.

Geweldige en snelle service
Het armbandje dat ik kado had gekregen, daarvan was de knoop los gegaan en ik was bang daardoor de siersluiting te verliezen. Na melding hiervan kreeg ik meteen bericht terug dat het opgelost zou worden. Binnen 2 dagen lag er een nieuw bandje in de brievenbus (met handgeschreven kaartje erbij 👍) . Echt top geregeld!! Ook mijn eerdere ervaring met een ring waarvan de parel was beschadigd, werd zonder problemen of discussies opgelost. Ti Sento is een voorbeeld van service en klantgerichtheid. Heel fijn om dat te ervaren. Dank daarvoor.
