I accidentally sent the package to the address of the last package sent. Customer service agreed to send a replacement out at no charge before I even told them that I would try to get the recipient to return to sender. Amazing customer service and the product is great.

I received this as a gift and it was fun to put together.a few of the smaller pieces were not tight when fit together so I added a small amount of Elmer’s glue. Since it dries clear and dries quickly, it didn’t delay the project time. The directions are clear and easy to follow.

For such a simple idea, it really is adorable and looks good in my pothos pot. I highly recommend to anyone who likes putting models/puzzles/lego together.

I adore my tiny treehouses! I wish I could actually live in Horizons Edge, haha. I initially ordered three and after making the first one I knew I wanted more, so I've already placed my second order. The instructions are pictorial only but very easy to follow. I find the construction process to be relaxing and fun, and the wood pieces even smell nice while working with them. The end product is beautiful. Both the kits and the finished products are gift-worthy as well.

Shipping was fast. We ordered 3 treehouses and plan on ordering more. My 12 year old is a crafter and enjoying the process of putting them together. Customer service was prompt when we were stuck on one of the last steps. We were sent a video to assist, I was highly impressed. I actually want to own every tiny treehouse.

Since receiving my first order of 3 Tiny Treehouses, I couldn’t wait to start building them. The instructions are easy to follow and the tips very helpful. I experienced patience and not to be heavy handed during the assembly. Can’t wait and will be ordering more.

I am on my 12th Tiny Treehouse. I just love them. They feature smart intuitive designs that are fun to build and are just challenging enough. The scale is perfect and the details are amazing. I get many compliments when people visit.

I am not a big review writer but this needed one. I build a lot of wooden 3D puzzles. Once done they go on a shelf.
This treehouse was a fun, easy build and the lights are a nice touch. Needed some wood glue in spots but other wise everything fit well. And now it is on display in one of my many plants!
I will be ordering more. Only issue is they seem a little expensive compared to outer 3D puzzles of the same size Build one and you will enjoy it.

My orders arrive in a very reasonable time. I love these models and have one in each of my houseplant pots.
