These bikes are the real deal, very well made, great features like the rear wheel drive differential making it a stable ride. Plenty of power, comfortable, and just a whole lot of fun to ride.

We purchased the Creek Pro 2 passenger bike. My 18 year old son is blind and autistic, he also stands 6’4” and weighs 250lbs, so it’s never been easy to take him riding… that is until now! When I say we love this thing, I mean WE LOVE THIS THING! It’s been 2 weeks since it was delivered and we’ve ridden almost every evening since delivery. He fits comfortably in the back seat, and his size 15 shoes have no problem resting on the foot areas. If you’ve been on the fence about purchasing one, I say go for it… I’m sure glad we did! After researching for over a week, and still wondering if it’d work out for us, it’s been fantastic, and now we all get to ride together as a family. Customer service has been great too, when asking about additional accessories and offering a discount code. Thanks for making such a great product!

We have a truck camper and we like to go everywhere. We were looking for something to go around campgrounds, go to the grocery nearby or simply explore the surroundings.

We thought about a golf cart but too complicated to carry. We thought about buying 2 electric bikes but we wanted to be seated together. So we saw that super versatile electric tricycle and thought it was perfect for our needs.

We are both mid 30’s. My husband is 6’3 and 95kg . He is so comfortable on the seat, it’s quite large and easily ajustable. As for me, he blocks all the wind for me and I feel like a queen in my rolling throne! (Don’t worry we switch places sometimes!)

The construction is really solid, the quality of the wheels (fat bike style) is impressive too, we love the front basket for lunchbox or purse and the rear basket is really useful too for towels, sunscreen, backpack.

We add a trailer for our 2 dogs.

We drove on pavement, gravel, grass… suspension is great. So far, we are thrilled! For sure we will buy another 20ah battery in the future, not because one isn’t enough, it’s just that for our needs when we travel we don’t wanna get stuck far away. You can easily pedal if needed but we are getting lazy a bit lol.

Assembly is the only little challenge, it’s not hard but you have to be attentive and there’s a lot of pieces but it’s really well shown in their instructive video. So no worries!

The customer service is outstanding so far. They are quick to answer, kind, helpful. They offer assistance through their Facebook page, messenger or even by phone.

As a new company, I wish them all the best.

They have been very active in making sure I get all my parts and accessories I have ordered, am expecting the last of them tomorrow. Have ridden it some and it's comfortable and very easy to operate!

Customer service is above excellent. Delivery was very good. Assembly worked out well. I am 87yr old and my wife the passenger is 86. We love the ride and comfort from our Tiniover Pro Creek w/passenger seat.

I purchased a full suspension river model and I have only had it for a couple of weeks. I have put over 200 miles on it and I am very satisfied. The ride is very comfortable and it really helps me to get around town. I’m 62 years old and I appreciate being able to get out more and I use it for shopping quite a bit.
I also purchased an extra 48 V 20 amp hour battery for backup to have for longer trips
Additionally, I also picked up the rear turn signal kit, though I haven’t received it yet yet. I am excited to get it installed and try it out.
I also think it’s worth noting that the instructions for putting the trach together were pretty spot on and easy to follow.

I turned 75 this year so decided it was time to get over the 'stigma' of riding a 3 wheeler. After a few months triking I'd consider one if I was in my 20s. The River is brilliant, gets me up steep San Francisco hills effortlessly, don't even have to pedal most of the time, and appears to be trouble free. Great trike and great service.

This trike is awesome !!! fun, fun, fun, it puts a smile on everyone's face when they see us on it, friends and strangers alike. easy set up, excellent support, a very high quality vehicle for fun, transportation, or whatever !!! very happy with this purchase, and if you want a fun vehicle, ride, something to be proud of, this is it !!! You don't forget a company when the customer service is horrible or excellent. I have had nothing but excellent customer service with Tiniover! I even received an email from Mike asking how I am doing with the trike! That's rare in this day and age.

Approximately two months ago, I purchased a Creek Pro Tricycle from Tiniover. While a couple of parts were damaged in transport, they immediately addressed all the issues and adhered to all the promises and warranty information. The customer service provided was excellent with a caring attitude.

I received our trike in February, the package was a mess, big holes on one side and several small one around the whole crate. I have no doubts that the trike was either dropped from the back of a truck or fell off a dock. When I got all the cardboard off, the inside of the box was a mess, my front disc brake was warped from the impact, I was able to fix it with a channel lock pliers, the left fender was dented, Tini finally replaced it but it took a few weeks. But, other than all that the trike frame and the rest of the components were in good shape, no scratches on the frame, physically it was good except for the disc and fender. For the most part customer service was good, technical support not so much. I have a question about the specs on the controller and as yet not even received an acknowledgement on my request. Those questions I asked in March. If you have serious "component" questions you will probably not get an answer. General questions and adjustment questions you will usually get an answer within 2 days or overnight, I had a rep whose name is Nancy and she has been amazing!
Now, as far as how the trike rides, it's great, however, I have had to adjust the derailer, bleed the brakes, and recenter the disc pads, but once I got all that in order, the trike has been great, just passed 165 miles! It's very comfortable, especially with the back rest. The handlebars can be adjusted in so many ways, it's so easy to get a comfortable ride.
In conclusion, the trike is great, once you work a few bugs out, just minor adjustments. If you order parts, expect at least 2 weeks to receive them. Customer service is great for non-technical questions, tech questions you may or may not get an answer. Most of my damage issues were most likely due to the carrier mishandling the crate, customer service did tell me they had been receiving a lot of complaints about carrier damage. Despite my challenges, I would still recommend the trike.

I purchased my Tiniover River trike in late June. It took me a couple of days to assemble it with help from Tiniover's support team. Their customer service was outstanding—every question I had was answered quickly, and in several cases I received a response in less than an hour.

Since completing the assembly, I've ridden more than 50 miles on the same route that I normally ride with my Lectric mid-drive bike. There were a few sections where I was initially concerned about how the trike would perform, including a heavily rutted dirt road and a neighborhood park with dirt mounds and exposed tree roots. After my third ride, I had gained complete confidence in the trike's handling. It navigates these obstacles very well.

When I'm riding on paved roads, I usually move off the pavement whenever a vehicle approaches. That often means riding through rough grass alongside the road. Thanks to the trike's suspension, I can comfortably make that transition and continue riding at speeds of over 13 mph. After putting the trike through these real-world tests, I'm confident it can easily handle these types of conditions.

There were also a couple of unexpected benefits. When I ride my bike, my fingers often begin to tingle and my wrists become sore, so I normally wear padded cycling gloves. On the Tiniover River, I can ride without gloves and don't experience the same circulation or wrist issues.

Another significant improvement involves my neuropathy. Because I have neuropathy in my legs, it can be difficult to keep my feet securely on the pedals of a two-wheeled bike. Since balance is no longer a concern when stopping on a trike, I can safely use pedal straps to keep my feet in place. That has made pedaling much easier, more comfortable, and much more secure.

Overall, I've been very pleased with the Tiniover River. It has exceeded my expectations in comfort, stability, suspension performance, and customer support. For anyone considering a full-suspension electric recumbent trike, my experience so far has been extremely positive.

I’ve had the Tiniover River for 9 days. The assembly was straightforward (and for a 78 year old with mobility issues, rather easy). The build quality is excellent. I averaged about 7 miles a day for the 1st week, but since adding the “forklift style” seat a few days ago this has increased by 50%. The trike is very stable and much more so with the new seat lowering the center of gravity. I had very high expectations for the trike based on numerous YouTube reviews and I can unequivocally state that they were met, if not exceeded. I will be selling my vehicle shortly.

…now into my 2nd month with the River I feel compelled to add a postscript. As far as I know there are no negative reviews of Tiniover products, written or video. I approached purchasing it with at least 2 months of research and now after 2 months of ownership am 100% satisfied with the product & the company.

I bought a Tiniover River Trike. Makes me feel 20 years younger. I smile when I ride it. It rides easily up the hills on dirt roads and wonderfully on the paved roads and bike paths. The customer service if wonderful. They responded quickly to my e-mails; answering my questions before and after I bought the trike. The company has videos that clearly showed me how to set up my trike and how to make changes to the display to meet my needs - for example I changed the power assist levels from 3 to 5. The bike also feels friendly to me - stable, has a gentle throttle, and just so much fun. So very glad I made this purchase.

I absolutely love the Tiniover Creek Trike. I purchased the orange one and got the passenger kit for my daughter who is disabled. We absolutely love it. We have a very long trail nearby that we have really enjoyed riding on with the Trike. In fact, I just purchased a spare battery so that we could go on longer rides. There’s still room in the back basket to fit some things and of course, the front basket has space as well. I take it to the neighborhood grocery store and can fit two bags of groceries in the back basket. They just can’t be paper bags filled full to the top.

It is a lot of fun to ride and the wind when riding helps keep you from getting too hot.

There are lots of YouTube videos to figure out the settings and even how to finish putting the bike together when you get it. The videos are great and super helpful. So is Tiniover Support. Nothing but positive things to say.

I looked for a couple years for a Trike for me to take my daughter riding around with and all of the other trikes are at least $1500 more expensive.

We already have 300 miles on it. I wish I had a vehicle that could manage the weight of it and a bike rack because I would take it on trips.

This trike has a very sturdy and robust structure. The whole family loves it, and it should last a long time.

Purchased 2 Creek Pro trikes, one orange and one grey trike.
The trikes are solidly built and the seats are comfy. The Mother’s Day special included additional items such as a back rest, turn signals, a bike lock, and the front and back baskets. The additional items did not arrive at the same time as the trike, so make sure to note this. You will be adding the additional items when they arrive.
I assembled according to videos on the Tiniover site. The videos provide step by step assembly instructions and the necessary tools were included with each trike.
I purchased the optional passenger seat for one trike and have not had anyone in the passenger seat yet.
Bought the trikes to get myself out of the house more. I have taken my trike to the store, the park, ridden it around the neighborhoods around my house, and for a few late night rides because I was bored. Neighbors have complimented the trike and said how cool it is.
I am not a technical person, but I did research many trikes before purchasing mine from Tiniover. I liked that the range on the battery is 100 miles, and that the weight limit is 550 which is more than other trikes. I am taking the battery inside the house after I am done riding each time. Hot in Florida and a neighbor with an E-bike recommended not leaving the battery in the garage since heat is not good for the battery life. I marked the battery lock and unlock since my eyesight is not great. I haven't figured out reverse or how to change the speed to go over 15 mph. I hope to get to these 2 items soon.
I have had to contact customer service, and they have been wonderful and respond just about the same day if I have any questions, need help, or have any issues.

Highly recommend the Creek Pro Tiniover trike. Can't wait to use it this summer and get out more.

We got our Orange Tiniover Creek folding electric trick 1000 W. With passenger seat Anti-Tip Support Wheels and backrest April 1. It has 100 miles already. Our 14 year old Grandson loves this Trike. It goes 15 miles and he loves to put his friends in the back seat and give them rides up the big hill to the lake.
I have let our 5 year old granddaughter ride in the backseat around town and she loved it and felt very safe.
I have to say we had to wait on the backseat kit but the company service center has been nothing but Amazing in communication on when we was getting it. And making sure it was received and all was good.
We have had the bike out 3 hours easy and the battery stays charged .
This bike gives u speed while you still feel safe. And it’s very comfortable to drive or to be the passenger.
We also love the reverse drive. It makes it so nice to back out of the garage.
It does not feel like it would fold while ur driving it it feels sold and strong.
When the bike is in 0 it’s just a regular bike. 1 it’s nice 2 u get some get up and go but can still pedal. 3 it’s just amazing and fast.
The bike holds 550 lbs. we have had 450 lbs easy on it and it still goes just as fast without slowing down any.
I would recommend if ur looking for a electric Trike this Tiniover Creek 3 wheel Trike will make u happy

I bought the Creek pro. It arrived 9 days early. Shipping container undamaged. The trike went together well. Except for one problem. Either the frame had been dropped or something fell on it. The fork tube where the handle bar stem fits into was damaged. The wedge on the handle bar stem wouldn’t fit into the tube. Sending the trike back would have been a huge pain. I elected to fix the problem myself. I used my rotary tool with a small drum sander to remove the damaged metal. The stem went into the tube just fine after my fix. Tiniover customer support is second to none. They are sending me a mirror set for the problem I had. The trike is very well built, it oozes quality. I highly recommend Tiniover products.
