Catherine was so lovely and helpful right from the moment I applied for the job and since getting the job, she has checked in to make sure that everything is going well too. Searching for a new job can be a very stressful situation but Catherine made it a smooth sailing process and did all she could to help me out- I definitely recommend using Tinies!

I joined Tinies North West as a qualified child carer almost 4 years ago. Lou provides a very professional, friendly and supportive service. Nursery shifts and short term nanny roles are advertised via WhatsApp and email. Unlike some agencies, there has never been any pressure to commit to more shifts than I'd prefer to. The hourly pay rate is excellent and once eligible, you also receive holiday pay and a pension. Lou responds quickly to messages and makes me feel that I’m a valued part of the team. I highly recommend joining Tinies North West.

Georgina really valued my skill set and after originally offering me work in the office and on the supply team she then gave me the role of Regional Manager shortly after. I applied with Tinies as my passion was always Early Years although my key findings was special needs due to family circumstances. My first shift was The WonderWorks and I enjoyed engaging with children at their level, being small again, interaction through play and end of day. The staff at The WonderWorks gave me great feedback and even invited me to sign up for their afterschool club.
I was working through an agency at a school however was told no job was available. So I was determined to apply and not get put off when I realised Tinies had jobs on their portal.

I found out about Tinies by accident. After 3 years of staying home with my children, I was very anxious to start work. While I was looking for a job, I discovered they were recruiting at one of the job centres in Hemel Hempstead.
I shared my details and CV and our journey to finding something suitable for me, but also for my family started. Catherine kept me updated at every step. She took into consideration all of my requests and made sure she found the right workplace according to my qualifications. It wasn't long until she found the perfect position for me! I started work immediately, with no stress. They took care of all the checks, references, Dbs. I have only recently joined Tinies but have found it an excellent company to work for. The communication from Georgia is brilliant and I feel that I’m genuinely appreciated and looked after. I have been given the opportunity to work as little or as much as I want. I’m currently working more hours than I used to as my assignments so far have been so welcoming. I value having flexibility in my work life as I have a young child myself.

I joined the Tinies team in January and I’m really glad I decided to go back. This will be my 3rd time with Tinies and I always end up coming back. They are a great team to work for and are organised and I have had really positive experiences with all the nurseries I have been to. I love the flexibility of agency and not being in one nursery! My weeks are varied and I’m really enjoying it. I highly recommend Tinies and if you’re not sure to join my advice would be to go for it !! So glad I did.

Worked with tinies and couldn’t have had a better experience. The team are so lovely and really look after you. It is very organised with getting your shifts, I always had good information on the settings I was attending and never had any issues. Super flexible too with you letting them know when you can work.
