I've been a tiney childminder since 2020 and I always say I never would have had the courage to become a childminder without tiney. Every person I've ever met from tiney has such a passion for the early years. I'd be lost without the support, amazing CPD offered and the community. I also want to mention book club because it's one of the best perks. The sessions are so well planned and always engaging, even for my group of very little ones. The tiney tips for activity ideas along it are really helpful and save me all the time if I'm feeling I need a boost of inspiration.

The fact that I see my son coming home smiling every after each nursery session makes me to understand that he's doing fine.

I'm new to childminder's, so coming across Tiney was just by chance and I'm grateful I did. Cause Jeneita has been an absolute angel with my child, ensuring safety, kindness, joy, great intellectual learning, fun and lovely journalling so you can see what your child been up to and eating. She also has a keen eye for detail, great communication and listening skills for parent and child giving you peace of mind when you're new. Truly grateful for having a childminder like Jeneita, so helpful! Thank you Jen, keep being the best version of you cause you're a wonderful childminder x

I was absolutely going well with the training all excited and something came up where they felt they needed to investigate. They gave me one email and deactivated my account. I felt numb and very upset because I had spent alot of money in the process of becoming a childminder with tiney. Fees like; doctors summary, first aid training etc. All waste of money and there fees on everything are too high and when asking for a refund, it's non refundable. The staff did not help with this issue, just kept fobbing me off to ring elsewhere and has put me off the whole process.

I found the process of becoming a childminder easy and stress free. Everything was made clear, and the app is brilliant. If I have had an issue, I have rung up, and it's been sorted while I was the phone.

I had such an amazing experience registering with Tiney, starting from my training all through post registration, my advisor poppy was the most amazing person! Helping me with anything and everything. Someone is always there to help you as and when needed. Such a stress free way to becoming a registered childminder!

Worst childmind service I’ve ever used all they care about is money which is hilarious because they always get the payments wrong and are impossible to get a hold off. My childminder dropped one of the days she was meant to look after my son to do drop off which apparently gives her more money out of the blue without any pre warning but when I had to pull out my son because she couldn’t look after him got slammed a debt of £225 even though I told my childminder over 2 weeks in advance. Absolutely disgusting greedy and opportunistic behaviour. Will not be using again neither will I recommend to anyone I know.

I joined tiney in May and passed my checks in August ready for the new term. From start to finish they have been super supportive. Even after qualifying any issue I have or don’t understand they are right there to help out. This way for me was much better than going through ofsted directly.

I have had such an amazing journey from training to setting up to officially being a fully registered childminder. The process was so smooth thanks to my advisor Rachel! She supported me the entire time! The whole team is very supportive, I felt so relaxed and content during my theory call and home visit! I would definitely recommend tineys to go through with for childminding! They have been the best! Thank you for everything team!

The Tiney SEND Big Conversation Webinar was very informative with very simple and practical resource ideas to adapt to suit our individual settings. The presentation was very clear and concise with loads of references and extra resources in the Tiny Tips section of our Tiney App. We had a lot to reflect on with various Childminders sharing experiences with their own settings. A very great webinar!

The app does not work properly, it keeps crashes and I cannot access messages from my childminder.

After a very stressful time of being made redundant I decided to pursue my dream of childminding, after a very lengthy process of trying to register with OFSTED I came across Tiney, right from my very first interaction with tiney they’ve been amazing, a special shoutout to Harry my advisor for always being extremely supportive and constantly reassuring me I would make an amazing childminder. I have been registered for a few days and have already had enquires from parents regarding places for their children. I don’t think this would’ve been possible without tiney.

I had the amazing privilege as an author to partner with Tiney in the delivery of one of their Tiney online Bookclubs with their community based on my latest book 'Oopsy Whoopsy Daisy". From the initial communication with Kim, to the meeting she set up to meet with herself and Claire, to the progression of the collaboration with Claire through to the delivery with the team; the entire process was smooth, supportive, collaborative and educational! It's clear they provide so much valuable content for their community, and the bookclub is just one example of this. It was wonderful to have worked with them and learned from their expert knowledge and practice. It is also abundantly clear they are passionate about supporting the healthy holistic development of children and childminders. I couldn't recommend them more and look forward to future collaborations.

I received all the training and knowledge I needed to become a childminder through Tiney. The company are incredibly supportive and genuinely passionate about helping me succeed as a registered Childminder. Their compassionate approach made the entire process smooth and encouraging.

What a wonderful journey I have had on becoming a childminder. I became fully registered in July. And have found my whole process from enquiring and speaking to my advisor to becoming a completely full childminder fantastic. Initially on your first call and your questions and the advisors question you’ll find o it if you are a suitable candidate for childminding from there you’ll be advised on costs (nothing is hidden) and training program. With rewards on completion. After registration you’ll then have a new tiney team looking after you. And they are also incredible, always there for any query, to help with invoices and payments. All round great support.
