Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service.
Total rip off, uncompassionate parasites.
On the death of my father I had nothing but trouble trying to close down the account and are now being harassed and threatened with court action because my father did not send back a tinpot router from 5 years ago.
Stay clear of these con artists.

One star for Timetalk/BTSupanet is too many!

They provided broadband speeds of up to 2mbs via a wired connection, but this constantly fluctuates and frequently disconnects when attempting to use WiFi.
Router ports then locked up leaving only the intermittent wireless connection.

Contacting Timetalk customer services was made extremely difficult by constantly changing and using premium rate phone numbers. They also ignored numerous emails and posted, written letters.

I was then alerted by my bank that Timetalk had begun making unauthorised withdrawals from my account.
Fortunately my banks fraud team were already aware of Timetalk/Supanets reputation and recent court order condemning their illegal practices so assisted in recovering the money Timetalk stole.

I was then contacted several times by "Quickdox", an associated debt recovery company, insisting that I owed Timetalk money and they were taking legal action against me.
I followed my banks advice and ignored them but continued to receive phone calls and threatening voicemails leaving me feeling vulnerable and intimidated.

I have reported them to Police and Acton Fraud UK but dismayed to see that they are still trading and people are still being taken advantage of.

Please don't let them continue to intimidate people and get away with committing fraud and theft.

They do not deserve one star...I have just parted from them and, having already charged me a hefty final payment, they have found various ways to extract another £69 from me by claims I had not returned an ancient router, and by ref terence to small print stuff in contract. Ruthless stuff. Their service has always been poor. Don't go near them.

Don't evem diserve a 1 star as they are a complete rip off. I left and they claimed I had not returned to router I had and that there was another one missing. Totally false. When I wanted to leave by the correct channels they wanted to fine me for not doing it the right way and then had the cheek to offer me a better deal to stay. Don't go anywhere near them.

I would give them -10 if I could Missold Supanet an INTERNET service to a relative and then charged him over 500 pounds lots of threats from Quick Collect who operate out of same office in Burnley They and Supanet operate under Supatel Ltd registered in Cyprus

All the staff were helpful and polite. But the young man who's name was Tyler that served us,
and we kept going back and trying different tiles day after day, always
remained helpful. We then got titles we like and felt no precure.
we will recommend tops tiles to anyone who wants tiles.

Do not believe any of the 'positive' reviews. My elderly Father signed up to these after getting a Tel call telling him how much he can save. Thankfully the 18 month contract is now up and he can leave. They are impossible to deal with, never fix connection problems and bill for routers exactly as others have said. Avoid like the plague and then avoid some more to be on the safe side

The absolute worst service ever, for a long time had erratic internet ,problem was never resolved and yet I was charged full service when I was not getting it, then in desperation had to find alternative provider ,never got an apology ,very rude and aggressive and they demanded I paid cancellation charges despite no refund for months I paid with no service, I eventually paid the £59extra charge only to then be pursued again ,fortunately I have evidence it was paid. Appalling company, does not deserve 1 star

Dont even deserve a 1 star avoid this shower of a company at all cost..bad broadband my fault too many devices when non were running and I couldn't even get e.mails they didn't even try and sort it just got time delaying advice I then cancelled direct debit.they cut me off and after said they had sorted out problems and if i pay reconnection can check it.they had 8 months to sort.had download speed of 7 at 1 point which I sent pictures of to them.They also sent a new router which made no difference that they tried charging me for,
Now I'm getting threatening letters from quick collect saying they are putting a charging order on my house I dont think so for 164 quid take me to court see where it gets you...I recommend people switch to virgin had excellent internet with them for the last 4 months,

When cancel my account they then send other companies to collect a debt I don't owe ! How they come to a amount over 300 when I cancelled is beyond me

Timetalk are a joke I kept complaining about crappie broadband speeds kept cutting out on us phoned a couple of times to complain they never wanted to listen they are rubbish stay away from them.

This company and it's subsidiaries have volunteered for voluntary liquidation. That's how bad they are!

AVOID THEM AT ANY COST
Initially I now realise that I signed up with Timetalk when I intended to sign up to Talktalk as my internet and phone provider. However, the price was fair and I continued with them. Prices gradually increased and where initially communication was by Email, they moved to communicating via a webmail system which required logging into the account. Time passed and I didin't notice just how much the monthly Direct Debit had increased. On checking, I discovered that in November 2017 when my contract ran out my monthly broadband charge increased by £44-99 per month. Despite many efforts seeking some recompense Timetalk flatly refused to fluctuate from the decision by which time I was paying £87 per month for Broadband and landline connection. I felt that I had overpaid by some £630 and asked for a £500 refund. This company needs to be struck off and taken out of business by OFCOM for manipulating vulnerable customers like myself (I'm 72) and not having any sense of understanding of the hardship some customers can be faced with. There are many providers cheaper than Timetalk depite all their on-line publicity, the company isn't recognised by Gocompare or USwitch and I recommend that noibody ever starts a contract of any kind with them.

After 5 years after i have finished my account with timetalk they had the audacity to send me a letter demanding a payment for a router. Bearing in mind this was sent back to them at the time of cancellation. Due to me having doubt about this company i retained all documentation of return at the time. NOW 5 YEARS later they asking me to pay for the router. I WOULD HIGHLY ADVICE NEW CUSTOMER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AND FOR THE EXISTING CUSTOMER BE CAREFUL WHEN LEAVING THIS CROOKED COMPANY. make sure that you retain all your documents for 10 years, knowing them they would't even leave you alone if you were in your grave. I have been with other companies and never had this issue only this company after explaining many times they are still persistent in demanding money. BE CAREFUL.

Was talked into joining when I initially thought I was replying to a talk talk email (my ISP at the time).

These people are fraudsters. My elderly parents were conned by a telephone salesman into believing they were signing up to Talk Talk. Having become involved I cancelled the contract. 5 years later without any notification they sent a threatening letter demanding £800 for a service that never existed. If any other victims wish to contact us we have commenced a formal fraud investigation with the intention of bringing a private criminal prosecution.
