From the very first meeting with Michael, I felt like I was truly valued – even before I became a client.
I met Michael, Reena and the whole team when I moved into the offices across the road. I was and still am new to business, so I have been in a bit of a frenzy because I have no idea about IT, technology, telecommunication, websites, online security, the dark web etc – all I know is that my business is completely online and the details that I store had to be 100% secure and my operation 100% compliant.
I’ve always been frightened of anything tech based and really struggle to trust something that isn’t in my control and physically in my hands. To help with this, Timeless allowed me to visit their offices and work next to the team to put together for example, my website. Which made me feel calmer and eased off the control freak in me.
After a few meetings with Michael, he asked me how my business will operate, what security measures I had in place, where my business is headed and what do my potential clients expect. I quickly realised that Michael became more of a business strategist/partner rather then a supplier. This was something that I never expected and actually – it gave me a huge boost of confidence and still to this day, I feel like I have a whole team around me rather then being in business on my own.
The customer service is outstanding! I speak to Mike regularly and see Reena on a weekly basis. The team are there to help me whatever my dilemma is and are patient in explaining who, when, what, where and why something has happened/is happening.
