Time Etc. really helps me as a small business owner scale my work without hiring full time employees. The assistant I have through Time Etc. is of very high quality as well. She is conscientious and always delivers just what I asked for. Can't recommend this enough for people who need support but are not in a position to hire full time help yet!!

I navigated through several virtual assistants (VAs) before discovering one that matched my requirements perfectly, but I suppose that's par for the course in any aspect of life. Securing a VA and making changes as necessary is a straightforward process. It seems to be a common trajectory for most business owners; as the business grows, the initial handful of tasks expand into nearly ten distinct roles. The competencies needed to start a business often differ from those required to sustain and expand it. Eventually, delegation becomes inevitable, and my VA now efficiently manages my emails and calendar, in addition to organising gifts and cards for friends and family. This arrangement allows me to focus on my strengths and affords my VA the opportunity to do the same, making life slightly more manageable as I ambitiously strive towards my goals.

After our initial call Sarah jumped right it and tackled our first task, she learns quick is organized and I'm surprised by how quickly we established a rapport. She's shaved an hour off my day easily already and we've only been working together for about two weeks.

I have wasted more time with the assistants on TimeETC than I have saved.
These assistants are not monitored well, and clearly are able to get away with way more than what is appropriate.

Far too often, I find that I am billed for hours, and never receive the finished product.

Or a product is sent, and after the fact, the tanker will add on extra time, even though the job has been completed

Not to mention, the quality of the work is beyond poor.

Just a whole mess. They need to manage these assistants better.
