James’ knowledge and enthusiasm for the watches he buys and sells was obvious as soon as we met at his premises. The watch I bought was exactly as described in terms of condition and other details and it’s a really good example of type. Fitting the watch was simple and we chatted for a while about other purchases that would fit in with my objectives for my next one. He had some valuable thoughts which he shared. I’m very pleased with the whole buying experience and would buy from this company again. I chose to visit them to see the watch before buying and was pleased I did.

Recently purchased a Daytona from James. He was extremely knowledgeable about the watch and brand in general and put me at ease not buying from an AD. We spoke at lunch time and I had the watch on my wrist by 4:30pm the same day, as he changed plans to accommodate my lack of patience. Would definitely recommend James and it won’t by my only purchase from him.

Met James on the internet when looking for a Rolex Daytona. Found the watch he was advertising, we agreed a deal and watch was sent out to me. Better condition than described it’s lovely! I contacted James with specific details of the watch I required. He was most helpful and gave me advice that certainly assisted me with the purchase. On receipt of the watch the metal bracelet was too small. I contacted James who offered to take the watch back and carry out the task of inserting a link or he would forward a link for me to action - these links are indeed very expensive. I opted to do this myself. James's offer and the replacement link was all at no cost to me. I found dealing with TIME4PEOPLE, easy and was very pleased at the very professional service I received.

I purchased my Rolex GMT Master II from Time4people. I originally saw the advert on eBay, they are a top rated seller with 100% positive feedback with over 300 reviews, so I felt very comfortable and assured by the Caliber of the seller. Every single customer review was positive.

I contacted them and spoke with James. In all my history of buying watches, as an avid watch collector, James was by far the most professional, the most honest and the most knowledgable watch dealer I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

I visited Time4People in their shop in Watford, where James showed me the absolutely mint Rolex GMT Master II full set, the photos looked so good of the watch but blew me away in person. My watch was 20 years old, yet looked like it had just come out of the Rolex showroom. The condition of the watch was incredible, exactly what I was looking for. I also had the pleasure of looking at other watches they had in their collection and every single timepiece was mint. I could clearly see that James was an expert and he took his procurement of watches very seriously, only sourcing the best he could find for his customers. The quality of the watches and the completeness, all full sets, I had not seen anything like it before.

I can’t wait to buy my next watch from Time4People, this is now where I will buy all my watches, as the quality of the watches and the customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced.

Had been searching for my Daytona with pearl face for ages; could not find one either in the right condition or with full box and papers, until a friend recommended I get in touch with Time4people, and ask for James. I checked out their website and decided to give them a shot.

This company is in love with watches!! James did not hesitate to pass on valuable information, gives good advice and options. I think this company is on a mission to make customers love their watches as much as they do!!

The company itself is very customer focused and no request seems to be met with anything but a can do attitude.

Great service and super communication. I wanted a particular watch to replace a lost one. James gave me the options and found exactly what I needed.
