Timbersource Recenzje

From start to finish there was a reassurance that the team had the customers needs in mind.

I needed a lot of Beech for an old house, doors, fracture, cabinets etc, an on going project. Very helpful and knowable people at Timbersource. Couldn't ask for a better service. Used them all this year and will continue to do so.
Thanks
Dave

My first time buying hardwood sight unseen and am super happy with the result. Chris at Timbersource was very knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with the most cost effective timber for my project. Thank you!

I needed a small piece of sapele for a door repair and didn't want a load of waste.
Flooring sample was just the job and arrived within 24 hours

The guy who helped me load couldn't have been more helpful. Sadly I didn't get his name

I've now used Timbersource's wood2size.com service twice. Both times the wood was cut really accurately in every dimension. In my case I was getting pine battens made. Price is very competitive with delivery included, and delivery itself is very fast. When I needed to query an order, customer service on the phone was great too. Will be using again for sure!

Product as advertised and delivered promptly.

Guys very helpful and quick replies to questions.
Prompt delivery too.

Service over and above what was asked. On time and exactly as required

Great quality product. Customer service was also excellent, as was delivery.

Not everything i ordered was in stock, which happens, but the company phone me to advise and gave me options, rather than just email like most companies do.

My solution was to get them to send me a wood of their choice in place of cherry after I explained what I wanted it for.

They were really helpful and human, which is rare at the moment.

Great service, brilliantly prepared PAR wood and very quick delivery. Thank you

Excellent service and perfect beech wood for my project. Absolutely fabulous quality and exactly as advertised. Thank you.

The Timbersource website is easy to understand and navigate. Goods arrived well-packed. And most importantly, the quality of timber was perfect.
Just how everything should be !

Right size, arrived quickly, great wood. Was super happy

Quick and reasonable service, nice piece of timber perfect for the job.

Great timber, great price, fantastic service.

I needed a small piece of oak for a very special purpose. Timbersource had just the right item at a very reasonable price so I went ahead and ordered.

They called me the next day to ensure the fact there was a knot toward one end of the piece they had was not going to be a problem. It wasn’t, and the piece arrived very well packed the very next day.

The piece of timber was really nice and just what I needed. I was very impressed with the customer service. It would have been very easy to just send me the timber and hope everything was going to be fine. The fact they called me first gives me great confidence in ordering from Timbersource again in the future.

Timbersource and Thomas in particular were brilliant at helping me with an unusual, bespoke request for cupboards for our bathroom cabinet. Thomas clearly advised on the best wood for the project, suggeting iroko over teak due to it's durability and quality finish rather than plantation teak. We're thrilled with the wood which arrived within 48hrs and already thinking of new projects to get them involved in. Thanks!

Very quick shipping, everything perfect!

Good prompt service, the wood was of excellent quality & the price was extremely reasonable.
Would highly recommend Timbersource
