Timbersource Recenzje

The timber I was allowed to select was perfect for the application.

Very prompt delivery. Good communication. Two lovely pieces of maple. I would definitely use Timbersource again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the product delivered was high quality, exceeding expectations.

very efficient service

I purchased a small amount of Scandinavian Redwood. This is advertised as "unsorted" grade but one of the boards I received had a large knot that had fallen out of the edge (I didn't spot this until I started working with the wood).

Despite choosing available "shop" standard sizes, rather than using the custom cutting service, this still (perhaps) took two week to prepare which seemed slow (I had assumed this was a matter of gathering a few standard size boards and telling me to come collect them. I say "perhaps" because the supplier didn't actually contact me to let me know I could come and collect the timber - I had to contact them to ask.

I was quite disappointed to be honest. I had used Timbersource once before (some years ago when they were based in Frome) and was very happy on that occasion.

Shipping costs are to expensive, causing me to cancel my order as cost was more than price of timber.

Very helpful customer support. Prompt delivery with good communication.
Well done!

Good service, quality product,

Arrived in good time. Good price and very nice product.

The service, the value, the speed of delivery and the quality of the wood were all superb.

The website is so easy to use in particular the chance to change timbers during the process (very neat). Delivery is always very prompt.

I will be making another order very soon.

I totally recommend Timbersource

Project is to refresh balcony slats. Suitable timber was available from Timbersource. Just need to cut to length and skim 2mm for correct thickness. Ideal wood for task.
Delivery company failed to deliver on the due date (so 2 days waiting for the delivery) but this does not detract from the quality of the product.

So easy, comes ready to use, extremely well packaged. Repeat customer many times.

I needed a short piece of softwood to replace a section of flooring that had been cut too short by a previous owner of my house. My options seemed to be to buy far more wood than I needed or to pay an extortionate price for delivery of a small piece. Timbersource had the perfect solution. A board cut exactly to size and delivered free within 48 hours.

Good ,clear website and prompt service

Samples ordered and arrived within a few days.

Thank you.

Very helpful and got the slats ready super quick

Given the potential long lead time for my original order I was contacted to ensure I was happy with this or I could have a similar product within 3 Days. I was happy the service and care shown.

Placed order online. Timbersource called me to discuss my options, because the wood I requested couldn't be sourced at this time. We went through what I would be using it for and the sales rep was very helpful in providing alternative options at the same price.

Wood arrived cut to the exact size I needed and looks great (used as part of some garden structures being built outside).

Very pleased.

Wood supplied to my exact size requirements. Great service.
