Poor quality fudge a grainy/gritty texture. unevenly colored appearance, cracked and crumbly.
A disappointing overall experience in both texture and flavor.
If that wasn’t bad enough, the response from Customer Service was even unsatisfactory.

I ordered a box of fudge for my mother-in-law for mothers day

Option_1: Cookie Dough (Fudge Bar)
Option_2: Lemon Drizzle (Fudge Bar)
Option_3: Biscoff (Fudge Bar)

She opened then and they were disgusting and smelt of sour sick

The fudge is wonderful-
Missed 5 stars because of late dispatch and arrival.
No dispatch confirmation email - when queried told they had had a delay getting some ingredients. Told it had been dispatched 2 days earlier ( with no notification) it then took 6 days to arrive ( 1st class post - even with postal delays is long) so seriously doubt dispatch had happened before my query.
Website says 5-7 days but their email then said allow 10days.
If you are ordering for a specific day give them longer.

Could have got in touch sooner to say 1 was not available but the purchase was delicious, will definitely buy again

I ordered a After Eight bar but when the box arrived what I got was a mint Aero, what was upsetting was I contact the company to ask when I could expect the order to ship as there was no details on if it's made to order and stated how the After Eight one was for myself and rest were for clients. I wasn't advised they had provided an alternative. Not sure I will use again.

I ordered this well before valentines day and I am still waiting way over a week for it to arrive.

I found the perfect Christmas gift for my lovely Mum! I couldn’t resist picking up three of the festive specials, and let me tell you, she can’t stop raving about how incredible these fudges are! Her enthusiasm is contagious, and now I’m off to place an order for myself—seems like that’s the only way I’ll get to taste them! 😂

Received the fudge but the best before date was 2 days after Christmas. Not good when it was for a present. Won't be ordering from this company again.

I'm so happy to be getting tillys fudge again for hubby's Christmas he absolutely loves it. All the amazing flavours such a great selection to choose from too never disappointed thank you so much

Bought some of this fudge at a local market several weeks ago and it's absolutely delicious,the best I've tasted. Wanted to try some more flavours so ordered a box online. There's lots of choice so I thought I'd get some of the Christmas Specials including Bailey's Yule Log and Gingerbread as well as one of the 'ordinary' flavours - Maltesers. They're so good! Ordering online was easy and the fudge arrived well packaged and very quickly. Will be buying more.

Make it clear before payment made delivery. Wanted delayed delivery . Now wasted £40 on fudge thst will be no good fir Christmas.
