Fast turn around
The showroom is fabulous allowing for great visual interpretation.
Customer service was good, however I required immediate pick up, if possible and when trying to order through the website it did not show that this was possible, even though it actually was. I only found out how to do this on visiting the showroom. A section offering pick up online would have spared me quite a few hours.

Great Range and Service
Having grown up around the building game, I’ve seen plenty of suppliers, but very few have transitioned to the digital world as smoothly as Tilemall.
Their online store shows accurate colours, clear tile specs, stock availability, and descriptions that match perfectly with what you see in their warehouse showroom.
I checked stock online, drove straight to their showroom, viewed the exact tiles I wanted, placed my order on my phone, and picked everything up in one simple trip — no hassles, no delays.
Alison in the showroom was fantastic. She greeted me with a warm smile, asked the right questions, and guided me to the perfect choice. She even helped me complete my order, and within 15 minutes the stock was loaded onto my trailer.
The entire process took less than 30 minutes start to finish.

I was sent the wrong tiles, but before the package arrived I was notified. This meant that I didn’t get a shock. The correct tiles arrived not long after. The customer service is second to none.

You’re right, this tile does have quite a lot of variation across different pieces. Because of the size limitation of our sample boxes, we usually send one piece per tile as a sample. If you’d like, we can arrange to send you a few extra pieces together so you can get a better idea of the colour range.

Poor service, an hour to respond via “live chat” and when I ordered samples they didn’t have 1 in stock but instead of reaching out so it could be swapped they just didn’t send it.

Regarding the samples, our usual process is to notify customers by email or SMS if a sample isn’t available. It looks like this step may have been missed this time, and we sincerely apologise for the oversight.

I am very happy with the tiles but there was a problem with the delivery
I am very happy with the tiles. They arrived in a short period of time and all safe in one piece. My only disappointment and frustration was that I specifically requested in the note section when I placed the order that the delivery driver contact me before they arrived so I could direct them to where I needed them to be placed plus to notify them of access to our property. They did not contact me, I wasn't home but would have been had I known that they were coming.They went to the wrong house even though our house is numbered on the front fence. So whilst this isn't the fault of Tilemall I see no point in making a note of requests during the ordering process if it is ignored.
