Great company to do business with, highly recommended.

*update* still being ignored by customer services and owner - shocking from a small business! Beware of buying from this brand - you expect quality but they don’t last and when you raise a support request they ignore you and then tell you it’s not their issue. Really disappointed with this and a word of warning for anyone looking to purchase. Not a great experience at all! Item is clearly faulty and they are refusing to support.

Some great customer service! I made an error ordering gift vouchers (I rushed and ordered 10x £5 instead of 1x£50) after an email they very quickly cancelled and reissued the correct voucher for me! Thanks tikiboo

I love everything about this company - the quality of their merchandise, the original designs and the fantastic customer service. Just brilliant!

Worst company ever.

Sizing is inaccurate and even though I regularly place big orders i am now blocked from multiple fb groups and the loyalty programme. Because sizing is inaccurate I have to often return lots of things and that’s their reason why I’m blocked l. Just awful.
When people ask them questions on fb they give rude snappy answers.
Don’t bother!

I love the Tikiboo brand. I have bought leggings, shorts and a vest. All of which have been good quality in great - squat proof- material. The fit is slightly long but then I have short legs! The designs are brilliant and I love the bright colours.

I like the high waisted, soft feel waistband and the draw string cord really helps when you need to pull the waist in a bit. Most blokes, if they wear leggings, wear dark colours so I do enjoy getting the odd look and complement at the gym!

The loose fitting shorts are fab - they have an inner liner which I really like. They're suitable to go in the water which is great at at the seaside or pool. Pockets are so helpful and the drawstring again means a good fit.

I have not had to return anything however any query I have had, has been delt with quickly. Given the price of good quality leggings and gym kit, I think Tikiboo have got it nailed - balance between price/quality and design.

Whilst we all enjoy free returns - I think its fair that you have to pay if you change your mind.

Just love this company. The designs are gorgeous but there is variety. The new range of swimsuits are lovely and again choice.
Postage is super quick.

Not true to size, in the slightest. Recently bought a size S (10 - 12 according to their size chart). They arrived, I took them out of the bag and thought ‘that’s small’, then proceeded to try them on. Hilariously, they wouldn’t go past my knees. I then measured them and found the waist to be 23 inches, which is a UK size 4, instead of the advertised 28 - 30 inches. Now in a battle with them to pay for return postage due to false advertising.

Disappointing. I've been a customer for a number of years and have a few different items, some of which I really like but I have to say my most recent experience has put me off. I order some jogging bottoms, they arrived and after wearing for a few hours I decided they weren't for me, they'd gone baggy at the knees and had a weird fit. I returned them and heard nothing for a couple weeks so contacted customer service to be told my return had been refused as the item had been worn. I get that you cant return stuff which is dirty etc but how can decide if you like something without wearing it??? I was just really disappointed in the customer service received to be honest and as such don't want to shop here again

I ordered a new set of gym wear for the first time from Tikiboo. There prints are right up my street so following their size recommendations I made my order.

I received the order in a timely manner but the top was not of the right size despite following the guidelines. I checked the process for return and wasn’t too pleased exchanges were not available. You’d have to request a refund and order again separately.

Also returns are paid by the customer. This has put me off ordering again which is a a shame as their designs are what I’d like in gymwear.

Great designs let down by extremely poor customer services. Ordered 2 vests in the same size in the Black Friday sale, one was 3 inches bigger than the other. Sent photos and they said it was within their tolerance, which is 1 inch, so if I wanted to return it I would have to pay the return postage. After I spoke with Trading Standards, Tikiboo agreed to cover the return postage and send a replacement The replacement again was massive, now they say they are out of stock so have refunded rather than replaced but not offered an alternative style vest. There is obviously a problem with their sizing when items can be 3 inches different. Do not buy if you may need to return as the process is hard work.

Took advantage of the Black Friday sale and, due to a friend recommending their leggings I took a chance. Paid £2 delivery charge which thought was reasonable. Leggings arrived, not

Them back. Has to pay £3.20 to return postage, of which Tikiboo won’t refund. They won’t refund delivery charge either. So
I am £5.20 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. They claim they are a small business and refunding postage is a cost to them. What about the poor customer???! No wonder people choose to go to the big organisations where returns are free. Look after your customers and they will

Money for nothing!

Purchased a pair of Tikiboo branded leggings from a third party and a seam split within 5 wears. Not what I would expect from a £36 pair of leggings.
I hope the third party will resolve to my satisfaction but it has put me off the brand.

Fantastic designs, fantastic quality, sizing is spot on, I won’t buy any other brand of leggings now as I know I will get perfection with tikiboo!
Delivery is always super fast!
There is a brilliant community as well where the owner talks to her customers and listens to you, you feel part of the team.

I have several pairs of tikiboo shorts and have had no problems until I ordered the peacock running shorts. The zip broke on the pocket after only a few wears (and only using the pocket for my door key) and they were replaced. The same thing happened again after a few wears but I was only offered 50% refund as it had been more than 6 months since I got them ( I pointed out it had been winter during that time so usage limited!). I ordered a replacement pair during a discounted weekend. I wore them for the 3rd time yesterday and the zip has broken again. I think that there must surely be a fault with this batch of zips as it has not happened to any of my other shorts. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of these for the price.

Feel compelled to write a review as I've always had positive experiences when ordering from Tikiboo.

Orders arrive in a timely fashion (not next day).
Fit is good for XL and XXL.
Fabrics are good for gym wear and day wear if you're feeling funky!

I'm a fan and to date, over several orders, have nothing but good things to say.

Poor customer service when there are problems
