We're currently on our third attempt to have a product delivered without damage.

On the 1st of June we ordered a Gill vanity. It was badly damaged when it turned up. We had a four week delay before a replacement was sent. The replacement was also badly damaged.

The company's delivery firm seem very slapdash. They had a row with each other in the street before delivering the damaged item.

We're now waiting for a third delivery which will be three months after our order. The firm doesn't seem interested in finding a good solution to our complaint.

I would avoid this company.

This company has really good quality solid wood furniture, with more unusual styles. You do have to be prepared to wait a while for it. I have ordered from them twice now and have been very happy with the furniture ( unfortunately there are a couple of splits and a slight damage to one corner on my media unit) which was in my last order, but I would still order from them again for the quality and they deliver to the room of your choice!

The sink is great and as portrayed on your site so all good but you don’t have a small narrow cabinet floor standing with cover to the floor to hide plumbing so I had to go to Etsy to have one made I suggest you stick such a cabinet for small cloakroom that can’t take wall hung and has plumbing that come from the floor!!!

Well built website and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, Tikamoon does not take responsibility with damages their delivery partners cause to your property. Do not order the products unless you are absolutely certain that they will smoothly pass through doors and staircases because their delivery guys are absolutely inept to make that judgement. Still trying to get my £380 for the wall fix and repainting and about to involve a legal professional.

Very responsive online chat customer service (from an actual human who was able to help and do what was needed) and the items we ordered came promptly. One slight crack on the edge of a vanity unit which is the only reason I've marked down - it was very well packed so the damage must have been there before shipping so it is a slight quality control issue - but it can be rectified so not a problem.

I'm absolutely delighted with the quality and look of the media unit I purchased from Tikamoon (Minimalys).
There was a defect in the unit, and customer service (particularly Ornelia) have been excellent. No question about it being Tikamoon's responsibility to put it right. No quibbling, just straightforward steps for resolution. That's when the experience really counts.. when there's an issue (which happens) and it gets resolved promptly and professionally!

I’m moving into a new home and have had a really good experience shopping online with Tikamoon. Their website is easy to navigate, with clear and detailed product descriptions, which makes it much easier to decide what to purchase. Overall, the pieces I’ve bought are excellent quality, and what made me even happier was that I ordered them during their summer sale.

I had the most delightful and heartwarming service from Nelly and Munro at Tikamoon. It was a true pleasure speaking with them and to meet them over the phone. Firstly, the side table I purchased was accidentally sent back to France by Parcelforce instead of the scheduled delivery to my home. On telephoning Tikamoon, to my amazement, my call was taken straight away by Nelly, who offered an immediate refund or to send another table out to me. Another was swiftly dispatched to me. It arrived within 3 days, but sadly was badly broken in transit this time. Again I was offered a replacement or refund - by Munro this time. On this occasion, I took a refund, as I couldn’t guarantee I would be at home for delivery. Actually, the whole correspondence and contact I had with Nelly and Munro was considerate, efficient and good-natured. Both calls were followed up by prompt emails. The personal touch. Customer service was exceptional and without the usual disappointing and fraught issues that come with the uncontactable customer services of almost all online companies now.

Meantime, I had ordered another item that arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. It inspires more confidence in a company when issues are handled this smoothly and with ease, even though both times it was no fault of Tikamoon. I very much look forward to being a returning customer. Nelly and Munro, thank you very much for all your excellent support here. It is much appreciated.

I saw a beautiful TV cabinet on their website and decided to buy it. I knew it was going to take while to be delivered but throughout the process I was kept informed and the approximate date supplied was spot on.
