tried to deposit from the car outside a supermarket, three bars of signal, nothing exotic. cashier loaded. card form loaded. hit confirm and it sat on processing for four minutes before failing with no code at all. the money left the account anyway and came back on the thursday. did the same thing at home on wifi that evening and it went through in six seconds, so it is not the card.

stopped at twelve.

the setting says stop on feature is off and it stops anyway, and theres nothing in the help pages about it.

phone. live roulette. stream drops to audio only. reconnects. drops again. three rounds played blind because the video wouldnt come back and the bets were still going through. no way to pause it from that screen either.

wrote in on the sunday evening with the ironing board still up in the corner.
one question.
why was a £90 cashout reversed back to the balance without a message.
the answer came on the wednesday.
it said cashouts can be reversed for a number of reasons and listed four of them, and not one of the four fits my account.
asked which of the four.
no answer to that yet

the lobby says 1200 games..

the lobby says 1200 games... the filter says 840... the provider pages add up to about 790. three different numbers, all on the same site, none of them explained anywhere. it is not the biggest problem here but it does set the tone.
