I am very happy with my Shed and I received very good customer service informing me every step of the way about shipping etc..

No shipping to North Ireland they tray to charge extra even if they say on the page free shipping it's not true pure costumer service you have to chased them if you need to talk with them

Steer clear from Tidex

I wrote a review previously annonymously about Tidex that they took my money after 28 days of cancelling the order and they posted my address as a reply here saying that the item had been delivered. This is illegal as they posted my address for everyone to see and also lied that the item had been delivered as I did not get the item. I have took down that review as there was no other way to take my address off internet. After 6 weeks they call me saying it was a misunderstanding and they will refund me the money but still didnt. I have now got my money back from the bank and they will take it up with this company. Tidex did not give my money back, the bank did.

Great product and delivered on good time.

Great price for my kamado . Arrived on time . Phoned before delivery and arrived in the 2 hr window when they said . So very satisfied .

I would have appreciated being told the order would be a week late rather than having to ask.. but! It arrived on time (second time around!) & I'm pleased with my purchase, so all good in the end.

it was easy to navigate the platform which made buying the item easy, i was informed by email all the way through the process and delivery was quick, the only thing i would say is its hard to tell who the seller was from the invoice , but apart from that it was a good service

I ordered a shed from Tiedex on 3rd April, it was on the website as in stock and they claimed 7 to 10 days delivery and UK shipping.
After chasing them with several E-Mails they claimed to blame Lifetime Products for the shipping delay. So obviously the goods were never in stock and were never going to be a UK shipment.

After several excuses I finally cancelled the order on May 3rd after one month of waiting.

I'd never order from them again and would advise anyone doing so to confirm in writing that they actually have the stock in the UK before doing so.

My personal opinion, steer clear.....

I'm currently waiting to hear from Lifetime Products on their conduct.

Communication was poor, we ordered a large item -shed. No delivery details at all

A week later the monitor i purchased was £70 cheaper. no 5 stars for you.

Delivery date promised was a week later than I was told and it scuppered my plans

3 weeks since ordering and one email and still no shed!
Listed as in stock but clearly not in stock and poor communication.

Bit poor sending an email to review company when item has still not been delivered!

Ordered my items and they were delivered promptly with all parts expected. Everything worked as described.

I ordered a rotary washing line a few days ago. Received a call today advising me that the shipping charges would be higher than the value of the item & would I like a total refund.
Most companies wouldn’t think twice but Tiedex went above & beyond by contacting me.

We did not like the chairs and want to return them...I am still awaiting pick up of the chairs and have not been told when this will happen. I was told that I can't get a refund until the chairs are returned.
