Toplocatie om Gent te bezoeken
Toplocatie om Gent te bezoeken. Alle bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, shops liggen op loopafstand.
Het appartement is ruim en comfortabel, ziet er heel goed uit. Badkamer wel iets kleiner.
Heerlijk bed, goed uitgeruste keuken, alles nieuw en schoon.
Je kunt niet parkeren bij de locatie, echter prima om de auto op een gratis P&R te zetten en met de tram naar het centrum te gaan. De tram rijdt zeer regelmatig.
De tram en overig verkeer hoor je wel duidelijk in het appartement.
Alles wordt geregeld via een gast app, Dat was voor ons even wennen. Contact/reactie via app/mail wel heel vlot.
Wij hebben genoten en kunnen dit appartement een ieder aanbevelen.

Mir wurde die Erstattung des vollen Betrages zugesagt und das sind nunmal nicht 30 %, sondern 100 %!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vor 6 Wochen wurde die Erstattung des vollen Betrages zugesagt, dies ist BIS HEUTE NICHT erfolgt! Lediglich weniger als 30 % sind gezahlt.
Uns wurde eine sehr verwahrloste, dreckige Ferienwohnung mit kaputten Elementen (wie z.B. heraushängenden Steckdosen, abgefallenen Türklinken etc.) bereitgestellt. Auf unsere Reklamation wird nur sehr zögerlich reagiert, eine Entschädigung wird nicht geleistet, obwohl diese zugesagt wurde.
Und ja, dies basiert auf einer echten eigenen Erfahrung.

We are truly appalled and sincerely apologize that six weeks have passed and your full refund has not been delivered. However, we can only proceed with the 30% refund amount that was processed. We acknowledge that receiving a neglected and dirty apartment with broken elements like loose electrical outlets is an unacceptable failure of our standards. The delay in payment and our poor complaint response show a complete lack of professionalism. We see this as an urgent opportunity to correct our finance system. We'll make sure to take note of your feedback for us to improve our services in the future.
Great location with all the essentials
The apartment is modern, spotless, and conveniently located near the city center. Access was straightforward thanks to the host’s clear and helpful instructions. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for work or streaming. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

einfach kommen und sein, da passt alles❗️
es war der hammer, so im 19ten stockwerk eines hochhauses in dieser schönen wohnung zu sein. tolle aussicht, alles war da, sogar kaffeekapseln und das nötigste zum haushalten. die lage war perfekt, da ging alles zu fuss, lebenmittelgeschäft in der nähe, einfach super.

Beautiful Home in a Peaceful Neighbourhood
My daughter and I stayed for two nights in this beautiful, pristine, well kept home. The tea/coffee making facilities were very welcome and as the third guest room hadn't been booked we were kindly offered to use the table in there for eating.
This is not a holiday apartment or B&B. It is a home, lived in by the owners who made us feel so welcome. The loan of the bicycles was extremely useful as by far the easiest way of getting to and from the centre.

Very nice flat in a good location…
The flat was exactly like in the photos. It was situated next to the little harbour and also the train and tram station. The interiour is modern, clean and also very comfortable. The division of toilet and bathroom is very good when travelling with friends.
All in all a very nice experience. We would love to come back.

We had the most wonderful stay this week. All instructions were very clear beforehand, with quick and clear communication as well. The apartment was incredible and by far our favorite on the Belgian coast. We look forward to coming back many times!

5 Sterne Fewo
wir 2 (ein Paar) waren zum ersten Mal an der belgischen Nordseeküste und hatten Blankenberge wegen der günstigen Lage (Zug) ausgewählt.
Die Galeriewohnung mit Dachterasse und 2 Schlafzimmer ist bestens eingerichtet, an alles war gedacht. Der Servive über die App ist sehr gut und insgesamt waren es 2 sehr schöne Wochen in dieser
großen und gut eingerichteten Wohnung. Vor allem die Dachterasse hatte es uns sehr angetan.
Eindeutig eine 5 Sterne Fewo mit einer kleinen Ausnahme: ein 2. Schlüssel wäre sehr gut und auch die Reinigung der Tiefkühltruhe sowie Bedienungsanleitungen für TV und Backofen wären hilfreich!

Well…. There are a lot of promises, beautiful lines and stories…. Buttttttt…. It is very hard to reach you, by phone it is impossible, by app it is impossible, the only thing that works is sending a mail, and again and again and than express your sorrow and panic…. Because that is what I experienced. Then they call or promise to mail you….
I was a little unlucky because the renter decided to remove the house from the site. Leaving me in the dark why, no information to find anywhere about the house and the services offered…. And yes I finally received a call… they gave me information and the phonenumber of the renter…. Nevertheless…. I am really sorry to say…. But never again…. 😔
