Absolutely terrible, id urge anyone to stay away from this company to buy anything
I purchased a paddle board off their website on the 13th July based on delivery for the 17th, nothing turned up on the 17th so I emailed them with no reply, tried to call them 24 hours later the number on the internet no one answers, I emailed multiple times to request a refund and to try and find out what’s going on, no reply what so ever, the board turned up today, 13 days after the proposed delivery date and 17 days after the order was placed and paid for
Absolute shocking company and customer service, I would not recommend them to anyone

8This is, without a doubt, the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered a board because the website clearly advertised **next-day delivery**. A full week passed and nothing arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was a delay with their supplier and that it was “out of their hands.” That was an unacceptable response, especially as I had specifically ordered the board for plans I had that weekend, which I ended up having to cancel.

When the revised delivery date came and went, I emailed again asking where my order was. Several days later, I received a completely different explanation: they claimed the board was a **pre-order**. It was not a pre-order when I purchased it, and that excuse simply didn’t match what I had originally been told.

I then requested that my order be cancelled. Instead of honouring my cancellation request, they ignored it and, a few days later, emailed me to say the board had been dispatched. Dispatching an item after a customer has clearly requested cancellation is completely unacceptable.

I will not be accepting the delivery, and I have already received a chargeback through my credit card provider.

The entire experience was characterised by poor communication, contradictory information, ignored emails, and a complete lack of accountability. To make matters worse, they appear to remove negative comments from their social media pages rather than addressing legitimate customer concerns.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to look elsewhere. 

Do not order from this company. Awful service, placed an order for next day delivery. Goods still haven't arrived 8 days later. No response to emails or phone calls.

Long story short gave them hundreds of my hard earned money promised deadlines eventually got the board a month later i have left it unopened still waiting for a response im within my 30 day notice period (of delivery date) to get my money back but cant get hold of any human that works there...... They will just take your money and ignore you.....

Same story as others here. Ordered a board (12th July) with next day delivery, then became a pre-order. Ordered other bits along with the board, nothing was sent. Was told last week it was shipped then today told it was an error. Tidal Rave are shifty! I would buy from a decent company and I will be shopping elsewhere. As with others I am waiting for a refund.

Absolutely terrible company stay away they don't respond to emails and when they finally do it's lies and broken promises. It's been over 4 weeks I've been waiting for my order and still no sign of it turning up.

Contacted multiple times about missing straps, no response. Was considering buying a SUP but won't bother anymore.
Shame as what got delivered did look good quality

Same experience as others here, ordered a board on the 13th of July with advertised next day delivery. No delivery of board and then an email to say it was now a pre order and would be with me by July the 21st at the latest .. well July the 21st have been and gone and guess what, no board!

No way of reaching the company at all to inquire and request a refund. Like others I will be reporting to trading standards as I am newly £300 out of pocket to this company.

Ordered two boards and a pump on tbe 11th had a email to say it would be her on the 22nd then another one on the 23rd to say it would be the end of the week then i got told the begining of this week got a tracking number friday and says waiting on item still on the tuesday 🤔 so cant see these boards being delivered tomorrow have put in for a refund through my credit card said they are for pre order when it doesnt say that at all

The company has clearly no idea what false advertising or customer service is! I placed an order on the 9th July with the website very clearly stating “Next Day UK Delivery”, well funnily enough my board did not arrive as advertised, I gave it a couple more days prior to attempting to make contact with them and still today I’m £350 out of pocket and no board.
They claimed my order was a “pre-order” in an automated email and have been putting off the delivery date time and time again. Their website still states on the banner “Delivery 16th July”.
I have made every reasonable effort to contact this company via email, Facebook and the landline phone number on their website with absolutely no responses to my queries.
I have no words to describe the atrocious customer service and god forbid it arrives (if ever) with a problem!
Will not be recommending this company to anyone and will 100% be reporting them to trading standards.
Tidal Rave can get in the bin!!!!!

Ordered on 13 July, no where did it say pre orders only, it said in stock on the board I chose, get an automated email informing me of stock issues the following day and that I would have the board on 22 July, guess what I’m still waiting, no response from the support team, absolutely terrible customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Product as described, easy to order, delivered promptly

Very slow to respond, very slow to initiate refunds and I keep receiving same generic replies.
Board was fine but pump failed to work.
When I eventually got through by phone the female operative was, abrupt, rude and kept speaking over the top of me.
I told her I wasn't happy with her manner, she again spoke over me saying, is there anything else and hung up.
Seriously considering returning the whole damn lot and I spent hundreds!!
Disgraceful....

Summer will be over by the time anyone receives a board...IF they receive a board! Website still says next day delivery, email said 'in stock' as well as 30 day money back guarantee...if there is such a thing as Karma, Tidal Rave have it coming. Birthdays and holidays ruined!

Boards look good. Yet to receive and try for myself. Ordered over a week ago, the sup i ordered was the only one in stock! Next day delivery my arse! 😡
Ruined my sup holiday as had no board to take with me! I did however get 1 response from these guys saying i should receive by end of the week. What a lie that was.
Customer service needs an upgrade. SHOCKING!
I hope when I finally receive my board I don’t have to end up writing back on here due to other issues 🤞🏻

I own two of these boards, and I must say that the customer service from Tidle Rave is absolutely unacceptable. They've changed the delivery date three times, which is incredibly disappointing—especially since one of the boards was a birthday gift for my 9-year-old son. He was devastated to learn he has to wait another two weeks. And miss hes birthday.

The product itself is overpriced and not worth the money. The waterproof case is worthless, and the lanyard broke off wgen i fall in to water, leaving my phone at the bottom of the sea.

I urge everyone to stay far away from Tidle Rave.

If you don’t have the boards in stock, don’t sell them! This company clearly does not prioritize customer satisfaction or timely delivery. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience ever absolute con merchants

Absolutely awful company. I ordered an ‘in stock’ board on Sunday, with next day delivery. I messaged every day from Tuesday onwards with no replies, I bought it for a trip thats coming up tomorrow, that I now won’t have my SUP for, asked them to cancel the order, so I could go but one off the shelf somewhere else, no reply. Went to their IG page to question them publicly, they deleted my comment and I got an email saying it’s shipped, then they deleted my comment, even though i told them to cancel. Ill be refusing deliver and claiming back through my credit card, because I can’t Imagine them refunding. Scammers. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

Long story short, over promised, under delivered like all the other reviews.

This isn't a reputable business, this is someone's side hustle who just doesn't care about their customers.

I don’t know if this company is a scam or not. I bought and paid for the paddleboard weeks ago, I had no communication before I reached out, and it clearly showed next day delivery on the final page when paying. I eventually did get a rude email back from Mandy saying the website stated 17th July pre-order (it didn’t). And then I was told it would be with me 2 days ago and then by the end of the week. The order itself is not showing when I click the track link, it says no order. This was for my daughter’s birthday and is so disappointing as it was a LOT of money. Don’t make the same mistake I did :(
