Ticketsource answered my query/complaint very swiftly and to my satisfaction … very happy with their service

I've used Ticketsource for years now for fundraising and social events. What sets them apart is you can speak to an advisor immediately to deal with any issues at all.

I contacted TS with an enquiry by email and had a response with a solution within 5 minutes. I was not only impressed with the speed but with the profession way the advice was given. As I was having to reschedule an event I had further questions and each one was dealt with speedily and a resolution was soon achieved. Thank Chloe and Becca. I recommend Ticketsource to anyone looking for event management.

Excellent event and ticketing company with a very customer friendly and easy to navigate ticket booking site.
In addition, their customer service is super, even voluntarily refunding postal charges which I had inadvertently paid for twice. Thank you TicketSource. Good job!

I had a problem with one of our guests, which meant he couldn't come with his wife. I phoned ticket source, and they were brilliant. the long and short of it I got a refund of two tickets and I hope that our guest got better soon.

Quick response and whilst they didn't have the information that I needed (as not provided by the organisers) Kate provided me with contact details for the organisers so that I could check out accessibility arrangements with the organisers directly.

I ordered the tickets which I was proud of myself, trying to save to a wallet then they disappeared 🙈🙈🙈
I found the email address for ticket source explained what happened and within 20 hours all is well and I have them saved in my pictures.

Really easy interaction both buying the tickets and then obtaining a refund when there was a computer glitch and the transaction went through twice.

I lost my booking due to me incorrectly inputting my e mail address and Chloe found it for me. It took all of two e mails and ten minutes. I had been searching all my e mails for a month beforehand. Excellent service and I cannot fault.

Great experience with Ticketsource. Booked tickets for Othello at Grimsthorpe Castle in July but didn’t receive a confirmation or e-tickets. Contacted the Support Dept, who replied straight away, on a Sunday, to confirm that my email address wasn’t correct but all my details were available and they were able to amend my details and forward the e-tickets. Would highly recommend Ticketsource
