I needed to change the date of my ticket, I texted them on whatsApp and they changed it directly. I am satisfied of the customer service of Tickets Bolivia.

I booked a bus from Copacabana to La Paz. The day before departure, I had a change in plans and was no longer going to be able to make my bus. I WhatsApp messaged customer support for any solution. They promptly responded and even gave me almost all of my money back for a mistake that wasn’t any fault of their own! Very happy customer service experience even though I didn’t ride the bus.

Awful experience.
When you buy a ticket from a website, it means avoid feel stressing and saving time.
This is not that TicketsBolivia give you. On the contrary, when we arrive at the bus station, a woman that sell tickets told us that there is no more available sits. I said: I've already bought by internet, it must be reserve for us. The woman gave us two option. Return our money or pay an extra in other schedule.

So, if you want to save your time and avoid feel stressing. Don't buy tickets from its page.

Don't buy tickets from them. They don't sell you the actual ticket. They charge you more and when you get to the bus stop you have to show your payment to get your ticket. They told me the expensive bus I booked was full and put me on shifty bus with no refund.

Fatal. Lo primero que te cobran una comision muy alta para lo que ofrecen y segundo, siempre dicen que el bus sale a una hora cuando en realidad sale 45 mins mas tarde. Ademas indican que tienes que estar 30 mins antes asi que acabas llegando una hora y media antes de lo que deberias. Me ha pasado con Puno-La Paz con Transzela y La Paz-Uyuni con Titicana. Actualicen y comuniquen la hora real de los autobuses!

When buying bus tickets, you don't actually get a ticket. Instead you have to go to the bus station and show the payment info and they provide you a ticket. In one instance we arrived 2hrs before departure but the assigned bus was already full. I wouldn't bother buying through them again (or busbud which is affiliated). Just get to the bus station early/day before and get your ticket directly from the bus company - cheaper and less hassle.

Hi there, I bought my ticket, before reading all the negative reveiws, first...Always read reveiws first, but this time didn't?!?! So, when I handed my ticket over at the bus company, I was expecting to pay again...
Everything went perfect. I saw my name in the book and was handed over the official ticket. No problems what so ever..!!! 😊

Be careful and avoid this company, they will charge you more than the ticket costs and the customer service won't help you in case of any problems. It's better and safer to go to the bus terminal and buy your tickets there.

I have bought two tickets from Cusco to La Paz. Couple days before the trip, they said the trip from Puno to La Paz was cancelled. I asked them to cancel the booking since I had no other option but to buy new tickets. They did not cancel the first trip with the transport company and refuse to refund the payment. How can this be possible!

I was traveling by bus in Bolivia.
And decided to buy a ticket online through their website, it would seem, how convenient, but no!
The bus company because of the strikes could not perform the flight, the girls from the company said that the company will refund my money, since you bought tickets online then write to them

I did and guess what.
The bus company decided not to give me my money back and booked me on a flight the next day when I was not going anywhere.
And the company refused to give me money, they said they would not help me and if the bus company decided so, then fine.

I bought a bus ticket from Calama to Uyuni through this company. 2days before the departure, they contacted me telling that the bus service was canceled on that date and I need to choose either changing the bus service on another date or canceling the ticket with refund. I chose cancelation and have been waiting the refund for already 1 month but not yet received it.
I have tried to check the status of refund with them but they haven’t replied. Very disappointed.

Our recent experience with Tickets Bolivia has been great over the last week. Our first experience was when I expressed concern that I would not be able to print tickets and was not sure that we had booked seats. Very prompt response in Whatsapp to provide seat numbers and advise no need to print. Second experience was I had booked tickets from Sucre to Uyuni when I should have booked from Uyuni to Sucre!. Again worried that I would loose my money but TicketsBolivia just sorted out by swapping the tickets Uyuni to Sucre and sent me a copy Again prompt response in Whatsapp ...from my perspective could not have wished for anything better from the team

un engaño total, el sitio le dice que va a costar 100bs, al final, cuesta 125bs .... pero si va a la terminal, le costara 90bs ... o sea, supuestamente el sitio deberia ayudarle, pero es lo contrario, le cuesta 30% mas caro, no vale la pena ..... no conocen el sentido de la palabra "servicio"

Stay well away from ticketsbolivia, we organised a bus trip with them & booked flights & hotels to coincide, a day before starting the trip ticketsbolivia told us our departure had to be cancelled, & the two options was a bus departure the day after what we booked, or pay more money for another bus, at the risk of ruining all our other plans we had no choice but to pay more money for a different bus on the original booked date, then when we was on the trip, they also told us our return trip with them had to be cancelled, with the same offer of a different return date or pay more for another bus, as before we felt we had no choice but to take the latter option with more expense, also this new bus return time on the ticket was 6.00am, luckily we went to the bus company's office a day before departure in Uyuni & found out the return departure was at 5.00am, don't let ticketsbolivia ruin your trip. Keep well away.

Do not use this website under any circumstance, they sell fake tickets. We bought tickets through them, including the huge fee they charge, and at the bus terminal the bus company told us that the tickets are not valid.
Any tries of resolution with tickets bolivia have failed so far, steer clear of them!!!

Empresa poquisimo profesional. Te dejan tirados sin respuesta y tienes que buscarte transporte adicional para llegar a tu destino final. No compren billetes online, son unos estafadores y ladrones.
