Phil was pushy and refused to give me any help with my reservation until I wrote a review I felt pressured and uncomfortable I even clarified with him and asked so you can’t help me with my reservation until I write a review once he saw I posted the 5 star review he then proceeded to offer me a cancellation. This is a stressful situation canceling my trip due to hurricanes in Florida and he was no help at all
