Ich habe im letzten Jahr zwei Tickets für das Billie Eilish Konzert in Prag gekauft. Das Konzert ist in wenigen Wochen – und bis heute habe ich nichts erhalten. Keine E-Mail, kein Versand, keine Hilfe.

Auf Nachfragen kommt nur eine arrogante Standardantwort: „Die Tickets sind noch nicht besorgt.“ Aber ich habe mit Ticketbande einen Vertrag, nicht mit einem Drittanbieter!

Hotel & Anreise sind bereits gebucht. Ich bleibe also auf den Kosten sitzen – ohne Leistung. Das ist weder seriös noch kundenorientiert.

Ich kann nur abraten, bei Ticketbande zu bestellen.
Finger weg – besonders bei Konzerten mit langer Vorlaufzeit!

REEL FRAUD - I booked two Coldplay concert tickets several months ago. Total of the operation for these 2 places 1600 euros or the ticket at 799 euros. Places in Cat1 27. I have received confirmation of my purchase with the total amount. Then a few weeks before a Provisional Ticket with no indication of reserved places. Just before the concert, Chiva.V sent me the final ticket. Arriving at the concert, we went to the seats originally reserved and paid for. We were sent to another block. The person told us, look carefully at your ticket, you are at the other end of the stadium! We were able to see with the person that the place actually cost 285 euros, which I can understand since it was a resale, but on the other hand it was NOT AT ALL the places sold. This is SIMPLY A SCAM, apparently generalized scam, since it is frequent. I contacted TICKETBANDE who simply replied with an automatic email that it was my fault, that they could not do anything... the problem is that I was not able to realize the scam until on site like many people. I plan to file a complaint against this company at europe-consommateurs.eu

Bought tickets for Taylor Swift one year in advance.
Had to pay for them and they told me three hours before the concert that no ticket was available.
Customer service is available on a 92hours timelag.
NEVER USE THEM!

I Bought tickets for Bruce Springsteen concert in Madrid and wanted to inter-change them with Ticketswap but the app could not read them. Never the less the app could read my new tickets I bought from a different supplier.
I tried to get information and help from their support line but after 12 day still I have no answer.
I hope that the tickets are not a scam.
Its a terrible / no support. Recommend to never buy at Ticketbande.

Tickets gekocht voor een concert van ACDC, tickets nooit ontvangen en geen reactie op mails. Dus typisch geval van niet goed? geld weg!

Purchased in December 2022 tickets for Maneskin concert in Prague on 14/05/23. Tickets never arrived and when writing a request of assistance or explication I always got automatic e-mail reply, there's no telephone number to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM TICKETBANDE, IT'S A FRAUD.

Die Sendungsverfolgung ist nur ein screenshot; nicht aktiv. Es werden tatsächlich Sendungsnummern gekauft, mit denen nichts verschickt wird. Das Ziel ist es, den Fake über den Zeitraum des Ereignisses hinaus aufrecht zu erhalten. Dann kann der Kunde nichts mehr machen, das Eintrittskarten immer " nur" Inhaberpapiere sind. Wer schneller ausdruckt , hat den Platz!

Bought expensive tickets for Harry Styles ages ago but heard nothing. Feared the worst. Customer service line was automated. Almost gave up hope of going and was left wondering if my credit card company might refund me if it was a fraud. But 2 days before the gig, e tickets suddenly appeared and all was well. So a nerve jangling experience.

2 Tickets gekocht Harry Styles Ziggodome. 778 euro ! voor betaald. Tickets na tig mailtjes gestuurd te hebben, niet geleverd. Krijg ik 660 (!) euro terug gestort. Dus dubbel opgelicht : geen tickets en maar een deel van mijn betaling terug.
Later geven ze aan dat het verschil in terugbetaling kosten voor het zoeken door hen is geweest ! Moet niet gekker worden !?
