An excellent car buying experience carried out with Sales person Lewis. I felt very comfortable with his manner, helping me with various queries about the buying process, and did his utmost to ensure I was totally happy with the agreement I had made to buy the car.

Puchased a car from Thurlow Nunn Luton. The salesman Khalid Fattah was very kind and helpful and not pushy throughout. Was able to advise me on the range of used Astras in stock. I got the car I wanted at a good price and the whole experience was great. Thank you Khalid.
This is the second car I have bought from Thurlow Nunn Luton and went back as they were great the first time as well.

Everything right,especially when you are 74 and spending £13000 on a used car (just over 2 years old) Someone inside "Trustpilot" cannot spell MICHAEL and it certainly aint ME!!!It is AE NOT EA,as my stupid sister used to do,and I have not spoken to her for over 30 years !!

Very disappointed that my daughter was left waiting for over 7 hours for her car to be serviced and an MOT.
She lives in Kettering, said that she would have her 5 month old daughter with her, but no thought was given to her situation. Apparently there is no waiting area.
The receptionist was very unsympathetic to her needs.
I also use this dealership for my MG vehicle. I hope it improves before my car is due a service.

Communication throughout this situation was extremely poor.
Shortly after purchasing a Peugeot 2008 from this dealership the vehicle developed serious engine issues, including oil pressure warnings and excessive oil consumption. The car had to be taken back to the dealership for investigation and repair and ended up being off the road for over six weeks.
During that time it was very difficult to get updates. Emails often went unanswered and we regularly had to chase for information about what was happening with the vehicle. At times we were simply told there was no clear timescale for when the repair would be completed.
We were given an electric courtesy vehicle which we appreciated, however we do not have access to a home charging point and the long repair period meant we incurred several hundred pounds in charging costs.
To their credit, the dealership eventually completed the repair, provided a one-year warranty and a goodwill contribution towards the charging costs. However the lack of communication throughout the process made the situation far more stressful than it needed to be.

I would like to shout out Thurlow Nunn Beccles, Ross Dent was incredible, knowledgeable and no hard sell just purely kind and generous with his time.
He ensured we had full explanation of any vehicles we liked and assured us that if we wanted something specific he would always arrange for us to get it brought over to the Beccles show room. He explained everything with patience and in a way we understood. Thank you what an asset you are Ross.

New car recalled with a faulty tyre pressure message. Thurlow Nunn Luton offered to book it in but said if the first fix didn’t work it might mean several hours at the dealership. I asked for a loan car. They wanted £20 for insurance for a problem that had nothing to do with me. Having happily taken £22k off me they refused and the customer service was awful. Wish I’d never bought the car if I knew how I’d be treated all for £20. I have contacted the dealership and outright refused to pay the £20. As I said terrible customer service. Would prefer you contact them than have another argument with them. Below reply is a platitude not a solution.

Fantastic service and a real sense of a family run company. Twice I’ve used this company over the past few months and on both occasions I have been pleasantly surprised how good the service was. Real understanding and great communication which is rare these days. Wouldn’t hesitate in using again.

Danny was fantastic from the initial first meeting. Danny listened to what we was after and explained everything that came with the vehicle. We fell in love with the vehicle and decided to talk numbers....
After 3 days the car is now ours and Danny helped us loads with everything we needed to do. Great services and over beyond customer service. Would highly recommend visiting Danny at Hyundai to sort out your next vehicle.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our dealings with Thurlow Nunn. Following our first visit to the showroom we received a video of the car we hoped to buy. Everything was explained to us in a very calm and professional manner. We were listened to and our questions fully answered. We could not have been treated any better. Outstanding service.

I'd definitely recommend Thurlow Nunn Luton because from day one of me enquiring about the vehicle I purchased I was kept informed by Sayful the salesman, with progress reports on when I would be able to view the car and as I lived 100 miles from the dealership I was greatful for the video Sayful sent me prior to me making the journey to see it, and pleased to say I wasn't disappointed
We absolutely love the car.
