Awful products which are not Egyptian cotton. They are completely see through. Also they refused to refund my delivery costs which were by a courier they invited on and cost me over £6. When I complained they stared it was a 'label error' as if that is a legitimate excuse. Buy from them at your peril. Photos available.

Ordered two duvet covers and both are great quality. It’s always had choosing online but I’m really pleased.

Having read the reviews I decided to order 2 pintuck duvet sets. I was really disappointed with the quality, found them to be made from very thin material so decided to return them. I would not have left a negative review based on the quality alone, the reason for my review is based on the very misleading returns policy and terrible customer service. If you find you need to return anything do not expect it to be a straight forward process. They require you to submit a returns questionnaire, then send photos, then tracking info plus screenshot of delivery proof ( postage at customer cost) I did all this to then be told they would deduct 30%, 15% admin and 15% for their delivery. Even then I didn’t receive my remaining refund and had to chase them for it. I must have sent a total of 20 emails just to return. I would seriously advice people to spend a little more and use a reputable company if you want quality and hassle free shopping!!!

Super King / Check Charcoal) after I unpacked it I found a hole in the design, no problem it happens that wasn't the problem, I contacted Theadnine via e-mail to explain the issue, and ask for a refund, then the problem started, they tried everything offering me various vouchers instead of me sending it back as faulty goods, eventually they gave in and sent me a return s address for a refund, the refund was to be processed via Amazon pay, I received an e-mail from Amazon pay but the total to be refunded was below the price that I paid, they said that (it was the shipping amount that we have sent to courier service), I did eventually get the full amount but it included me going to trading standards to find out the law, I certainly would not recommend using this company again or recommending anyone to use it .
