Gareth was very helpful with my order issue he was very quick to respond my email , I order a perfume and I received wrong item , he was so kind and polite very pleased to be able to speak with him very nice customer service I will order another perfume from Thompson Carter

I ordered nearly 2weeks ago. Is this one of those companies that are based abroad. The slic advertising and very British name suggests it is a high end company in the UK

I had a problem with my delivery and they sorted it within minutes and sent out a replacement on the Same Day. I would thoroughly recommend this company

I had a problem with an order but with Sameers help it was sorted and resolved quickly. I have purchased 4 perfumes from this company and all are lovely. Delivery is quick too.

Darn I got duped by the slick advertising and empty promises. Smoke and mirrors is as bad as it gets. No longevity. The YouTubers making their cut and free samples. Absolute joke. My bad I got suckered in.

I was seduced by the slick media advertising and clips that kept popping up and readily bought my first order. Delivery was very late but I was pleasantly surprised at the packaging and really excited at using the product.
Alas the product is really poor, the promise that it last for hours when used is a LIE!
It is useless and lasts no time at all.
There is no point complaining to Thompson Carter as I wouldn't expect any recourse from them. I won't buy again and suggest you think twice before doing so. The 2 Star rating is for the packaging

Placed an order on the 2nd December which has still not been delivered. Got in contact with a person at Thompson Carter, and the only thing I got out of it was a stupid excuse. On the 9th December I received a tracking ref. but guess what Royal mail says that they haven’t received the parcel from Thompson Carter. Today is the 11th December and still no tracking message. The parcel has still not been received by Royal Mail. I will never place an order with this company again. Don’t think the parcel will arrive and I will have to struggle to get a refund. I’ve lost total confidence with this company.
Update 12/12 according to Royal mail they have still not received the parcel
Update 13/12 finally update from Royal mail the parcel is moving
Update 15/12 parcel finally arrived

Made order on the 28th of November and only half of the order has turned up.
Order number 68295 have been trying to email the contact email with only a bot responding the same email since midday.
We are missing half the order.
Yet another instagram scam !!!

Ordered some perfume from Thompson Carter had a delivery problem so contacted company and a gent by the name of waheed soon sorted it ,the perfume I ordered for my wife and myself is fab and so glad they sent me other samples to try I would recommend to any one to try their fragrances, one happy customer.

This is my 9th order my all time favorite mens and womans parfume . Saved me 100s of pounds . The presents from shower gel amazing . I recommend TC to every 1
