So you asked for me to send photos of which I already uploaded on Trustpilot also you asked for purchase details which I gave you back in February 2024

Damn, i should have read the reviews first..
i have ordered a pair of pants which are too small so I sent them back. However, it costs 16€ to return an Order. This is crazy. Luckily the pants are too small, looking at the reviews here..
Compré unas botas de snowboard THIRTYTWO modelo 32 binary doble boa en el 2018, el uso a sido poco por temporada, aproximadamente 10 dias. Este año las 2 botas han quedado inservibles, ya que las suelas se han despegado por completo. Me puse en contacto con la marca para comentarles lo sucedido y se desentienden argumentando que solo ofrece 1 año de garantía por defecto de fabricación, siendo muy poco tiempo de garantía para unas botas que costaron 400€. Mi caso no es el único, investigando hay más casos de botas con otro tipo de defectos en muy poco tiempo.
NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR ESTA MARCA.

Lamentamos sinceramente lo ocurrido con tus botas y entendemos perfectamente tu malestar. Sabemos lo importante que es que un equipo técnico como unas botas de snowboard esté a la altura, especialmente cuando se ha hecho una inversión considerable.
Nuestro período de garantía es de un año y cubre defectos de fabricación, pero entendemos que, aunque el uso haya sido limitado, este tipo de daño no debería ocurrir. Apreciamos que hayas compartido tu experiencia y, aunque esté fuera del período de garantía, tomamos muy en serio este tipo de comentarios y los trasladamos a nuestro equipo de producto para su revisión.

Bought pristine pair preowned - snowboarded for five weeks - completely ruined . Fobbed off on emails . They were not cheap and this should not happen. Take responsibility for your poor product . Don’t buy Thirty Two.

Don’t purchase boots from these guys as the quality is not there . Stitching coming apart on STW boots after 4 weeks of use over two seasons and the BOA keeps coming loose - very poor quality. Had Burton before and they lasted years. The company only offer a one year warranty which sets the expectation on quality, plus customer services are not really bothered - back to Burton as this lot are a dead loss

Do Not order from this company if you are in Britain. If you need to return snowboard boats for example, it will cost you £40 plus. On top of that you need to attach all kinds of forms, and complete more paper work than it takes to get a divorce! Then the fun starts with emails from UPS asking for more paper work (even though it’s attached 3 times to the box) Absolutely crazy!!
