Jenifer kept in touch regarding my order, she noticed when packaging my paint that one pot didn’t feel quite right, she notified me and ordered in another pot. At this point I put another order. I received an email informing me my order was ready to be sent out. I was going away for a week so contacted Jenifer who agreed to hold onto o my order, fantastic service, my paint arrived a few days after my return home. All seven pots packed securely. A huge thanks to all at Thirteen.

Excellent service
Excellent service, ordered on Thursday and received item on Friday. I was after the Wise Owl furniture which I thought you could only buy on Amazon in the UK. This turned out to be fake and after doing some research discovered Thirteen Furniture sold it. I will definitely order more from here if I need it.

This is such a lovely, independent company, I'm so glad I found it. Jennifer was so helpful and quick to communicate back to me about the product I was asking about. I'm looking forward to using the Wise Owl wax on my newly sanded table. I've already tested it on one part and it looks really good!! Great company and I highly recommend as a trusted place to shop.
