Quick and consice services, good communication and arrived on time!

It was written exactly how I wanted it to be, so I was happy with that! The only small thing I was slightly disappointed with, was that I sent a picture of the font I wanted for the large print and they never used that, not sure if they didn't see the picture, or if it didn't attach. So instead of a circus font it was more like a old western font, regardless it's still very nice and I'm 98% happy with it and the cost was certainly reasonable!!!

Everything was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Received items in time for Easter.

Order arrived on time and the team was very responsive in getting all the engravings executed to my specifications.

The company was very responsive to all the questions I had and fast at getting proofs sent to me of the items I was ordering. When there was an issue with one item that arrived, the company fixed the issue extremely fast for me. Definitely would recommend ordering from Things Engraved!

Product came quickly and exactly as I customized it. Communication was great. I have purchased from Things Engraved many times and it has always been a positive experience.

The final product seems good (though I can't see the item myself, I was sent pictures). Arrived with gift box etc. Looks good.

My reason for the lower star review is the service while we were creating the item:
- I had to, more than once, remind the rep of all the changes to be applied that I requested in my last email. While a one-time "oops" is okay, it has happened more than once, which concerned me.
- The rep said they didn't know the font I requested (from a past order, and I even provided a picture). It took me 3 minutes to ask ChatGPT for the correct font. I think your rep could have done that had they taken a bit more initiative.
- As a result, I got the feeling they didn't care for the excellence of the final product.
- It should be noted that I was trying Things Engraved for the first time, and for something that we will be ordering repetitively. Would have been great if my first experience was a good one.

Received the item as it is, and packed in a nice box. Thank You!

They did a great job communicating every step of the way and delivered in a very timely manner! It arrived before the person’s birthday and so I was very happy (I wasn’t expecting it to arrive in time because I was last minute shopping haha)! It turned out great and looks exactly like the agreed upon design :)

easy ordering and delivery was fast and efficient

So happy with my order. I was able to customize it and add extra details to make it more personal and worked with them three the online chat feature. They made mock ups to show me what it would look like and a link once I was done to pay and came fairly quickly

I bought a 15-ounce mug; the writing on the mug is perfect. The mug is good quality. I also bought a plaque, which is very beautiful and good quality. The customer service is really good and fast. Shipping was very quick, and everything was well packaged; there was no danger of breaking anything.

Glad I contacted the Facebook page to get the order exactly how I wanted it. Delivery was a day early and my friends appreciated the thought and keepsake.
