The case that I ordered did not hold up. The piece that goes over the fold broke off after using it for one day. I contacted them to return it and have not heard back in over a week. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Case hinge broke after a few days of use. Tried to chat with the company with no luck. Emails went unanswered. I requested a refund through my credit card company. Not good

I have contacted the company 4 times since my phone case broke after 3 months of use. It was for a Samsung galaxy and broke at the hinge. Cheap quality case. Noone will respond to provide a refund or at least a replacement.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I sure wish I had read reviews about this company, before wasting $60+dollars. I'm not the only person who didn't receive what I ordered and have been ghosted by the scam company! Don't waste your money these people are awful and thieves. The proof is in the multiple reviews stating the same.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this seller.

I placed an order on March 1 for both a phone case and screen protectors. According to the shipping status, both items were shipped together. However, when my package arrived on March 19, it contained only the screen protectors oddly packaged between two pieces of styrofoam wrapped in packing tape, and the phone case I ordered was completely missing.

I contacted the company using the provided email address immediately after receiving the package and have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication is concerning and leaves me questioning the reliability of this seller.

I was genuinely looking forward to this case and hope this issue can still be resolved, but the absence of customer support so far has been frustrating. Buyers should be aware that if there is a problem with an order, getting a response may not be easy.

I would give a zero star if I could. I bought ZFlip 7 cases thinking I would return one or two of them. I one case I wanted to keep was for a ZFlip5, so it did not fit. I requested a return and they gave me an address in China. The postage alone is greater than the cost of the cases. And my shipper said they was not guarantee of receipt, hence no refund.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would! This company not only sells and ships absolute garbage products that don't work properly, but even worse.... This company is IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN SPEAK WITH MUCH LESS GET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT FROM! I've sent ateast 10 emails, and called so many times to the FAKE number supposedly in Maryland here in the US they have for support on their website I can't even tell you the number at this point! They should be SHUT DOWN!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ze stuurden de verkeerde flip case. Ik wilde omruilen maar dat kon niet. Kreeg wel 30% KORTING maar ik wilde gewoon mijn geld terug. Het was gewoon plastic rommel. Zeker geen €70,00 waard. I ordered a case for my Galaxy Z flip 7 on 11.17.25. By 11.30.25 I was still waiting for the case to arrive. It cost $67.89. When I tried to contact their customer support, the phone was disconnected. I looked through my emails and realized that I'd never received any sort of confirmation from them. I'd really like to STOP using Amazon for everything, but then something like this happens. Not sure if i can get my money back.

Absolutely horrible experience! The phone case i waited almost 2 weeks for broke the moment I put it on! The screen protector is cheap plastic that cracked instantly, which then caused "the hinge Proctor " to break right off. Plastic junk and any review saying otherwise is a paid one!

The ad showed a metal case. The invoice refers to a metal case. The video shows a very sturdy metal case that screws together. I received a cheap plastic piece of junk. I tried to contact the company but their phone number is disconnected and the chat is offline and they didn't respond to my email.

They sent me a case that wasn't even for a Flip, it was like a normal Galaxy case or something. I reached out asking if I could have a refund or return it and never received a response. It took like almost a month for the case to get to me, so I don't even want another case at this point, I just want my money back lol

I ordered and received a case, which was advertised as "full protection". However, there is no protective covering along the "folding" strip of the phone. Also, the case is made of plastic which is thin and somewhat flimsy, not appearing to be able to provide "full protection". Furthermore, on the cover that the item came in, it is advertised as "standard protection". I have tried to email this company 3 times and have tried to ring them 2 times. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED. Do not deal with this company, their customer service is appalling.

Not had the case long and it's already falling to pieces. One of the joint hinges has fallen off and the other is loose.
There's dye transfer from my jeans all over (never happened with any other case).
Can't safely use any wireless charger as it heats up the case to a point where it's too hot to touch.
I've emailed the company and didn't get any response.

The response to this review was clearly an attempt to save face and held no sincerity whatsoever.

Placed two separate orders with this company recently and unfortunately have not had a good experience - both items they sent were wrong. They have sent an item in the colour ordered but a different style. The style is a similar but a cheaper model (I ordered the Shockproof Case with Hinge Protection & Ring Stand but received the Ultra Thin Hard Case) - to have this happen twice with two separate orders is incredibly disappointing and feels deliberate. I have written to them 3 times directly to their email, the first being 10 days ago, and on their contact form and chat and they are very unresponsive and unhelpful.
