The YBR.co.uk Recenzje

The boys at YBR were amazing. Very helpful and professional. Best estate agents in London! Job well done!

YBR displayed a high degree of professionalism and competence as Agent for a property I was hoping to rent. Honest, straight talking and efficient service.
I would recommend them to anyone seeking a property to rent; or indeed to let or manage.

Absolutely!! would recommend The Yellow Brick Road. Both Kish & Ron helped me let out my first property. They go the extra mile and treat you as if you were family. Cannot thank them enough.

The YBR was extremely kind and honest throughout and that really made them stand out above the rest. It was clear that it was a small family run business as they showed me nothing but understanding rather than pressure like most. Would 100% recommend! Thanks.

Very happy with the The YBR, Kish was very professional and made the whole experience very easy. I wanted to rent and he found a perfect place for me, I asked many questions and he listened and answered all of them (thank you Kish for your patience.)
I would highly recommend YBR and I would 100% use them again.

Kish from YBR helped us through what I thought would be the most difficult process ever (this is what we had been told by numerous friends and family) but I kept waiting for it to get hard and it didn’t. He was amazing, and really made us feel at ease through the whole our purchasing process. You could tell he really knew the area and had built really great relationships - and this was just so vital for us. I would highly recommend YBR for anyone looking to buy or rent in the South London area.

Found our home through YBR. Very professional service, Kish ensured we had all the information we needed and were kept up to date. The whole process went very smoothly and quickly. Would highly recommend.

Really good customer service. Kish was very professional, helpful and with a great knowledge of the rental market. Helped me arrange a new tenancy swiftly. Could not have asked for more, extremely happy with service

Absolutely brilliant service from the team. Kish always kept me in the loop with the purchase of my property and went beyond what I needed. Overall, extremely happy with the service the provided.

A friend recommended I speak to Kish at YBR, and initially I was hesitant as I hadn't heard of the company. I had a lot of questions about the property market in general and I felt Kish gave me really honest views which seemed really backed up with evidence and an impressive understanding of the economy etc. What was nice is that it didn't feel like I was dealing with my stereotypical impression of an estate agent, I felt a lot more supported holistically than I expected (sort of like they were project managers who were working together with me).

Most of all, I felt I was really important to them as a customer and not just another number.

I hadn't bought a property before and was quite anxious given the sums of money involved, but I trusted I was getting good advice. Really pleased to say I managed to complete on my property and aside from my solicitors giving me a few headaches, the process was really smooth. I have a lot to thank YBR and Kish specifically for that. I would definitely use them again and have recommended to all my friends and family!

Extremely happy with the customer service, great local knowledge. Fantastic company to deal with, helped me arrange my rental property on short term notice with no hidden costs and extras, would definitely recommend to others😊
