I have purchased a mattress topper and a mattress protector. The quality is excellent and feels very soft and silky. I purchased these items to help with night sweats and it has certainly helped. The items are a little expensive but I think they are worth every penny.

I wanted to buy two blankets from them but I wanted to ensure that they offer free returns in case I don't like them or are faulty. I went to their "Delivery & Returns" page/menu options where it clearly stated "Hassle Free Returns" but when I got my order and wanted to return, they told me that I need to pay for the return postage.

I sent them a screenshot of their "Delivery-Returns" page and told me that I misunderstood the statement. They did not even offer a free label as a goodwill gesture at their back of their mistake leaving this statement on their website.

The fitted sheets are good quality so far,only washed x3. Soft and light weight. Fit perfectly on deep mattress. Very good at temperature regulation! I've discovered a whole new night experience since changing to linen sheets and pillowcases. Really pleased with purchases.
I don't want to get up as I'm so comfortable,it's such luxury!

Great company, great service. I had previously bought a sheepskin for my dog who has serious health problems, but when I ordered a second one for him, I ordered the wrong type which wasn’t suitable. Eileen couldn’t have been more helpful. The returns process was easy and she not only advised on what would work best but she also looked out the perfect one for me. Excellent service from a kind and helpful person.

I have used this company a couple of times now. I bought some mohair socks from them for a Christmas present in lockdown last year and they were very well received so much so that my uncle asked me to get some more for him this year. So that's an easy one! (No he won't be reading this review!
I also bought a cashmere pashmina a while ago, also as a present. It was pretty expensive but my auntie, who reckons she's a bit a pashmina aficionado told me that it was superb quality. What a result. Both times I ordered the goods arrived very quickly so all in all a good result. I came across this Trustpilot reviews site when I was looking for the Wool Co. again this Christmas and was a little surprised at the other reviews. They don't seem to agree with all the verified Feefo reviews on their website, so I thought - credit where credit's due and I would say how good they are. Well done Wool Company!

I chose The Wool Company and paid more than average for a pair of wool inner soles, thinking they would be a better quality then cheaper alternatives. After just an evenings wear, the wool had collapsed to a fine felt. Clearly not as pictured, and I’m only a light adult. With the 100% mark-up they apply to the delivery service, overall a poor experience. I shall not be returning.

I returned an item 7 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund. I was promised over the phone it would be done first thing on Monday and that was 3 weeks ago. They have not replied to my email or "contact us" submission made on their website. Looks like I am going to have to contact an ombudsman in order to try and recover my money.

Silk socks
I bought two pairs of identical silk socks in different colours but when I opened them I found that they are not the same both in terms of size and texture. Please, also note the labelling in each pair was different. When I look at the labels I noticed that they are Jasmine Silk made in China. I read in one of your reviews that your silk socks were better than the Jasmine Silk ones. Obviously the review was wrong because what you sell are the Jasmine Silk ones.
If I have wanted Jasmine Silk socks I would have bought them from Jasmine Silk Company directly and I would have saved in delivery costs too because they do free delivery to the UK.
I feel you do not say the truth to your costumers therefore it the first and last time I will be one of them.

An excellent service provided by the 'wool company' I had a problem with a delivery through 'royal mail' spoke with wool company and they have taken control for me now. It is very disappointing that the company should suffer due to a third party being unreliable, staff very polite and could not do enough to help me.
Would recommend them to anyone wanting quality wool items

I was looking for a beautiful fleece for my hallway & accidentally found this company . So I ordered the Jacob fleece which arrived very promptly & when I opened it it was a Wow ! It was just what I wanted ! I was absolutely delighted. I was so delighted I ordered a larger one & that was just equally a Wow! The service was brilliant & the fleeces beautiful.I would highly recommend this company

Item Purchased - Single sheepskin in Aubergine

I bought a sheepskin a few months ago from a large department store (initials JL) which is very good and was cheaper than this one. However, I wanted one in purple ..... Searched online and found this company. Unbelievably thrilled that I did! The Wool Company sheepskin are absolutely worth the extra few pounds ..... Wonderfully plush with a truly luxurious feel. I will not go elsewhere again! In fact, the JL sheepskin will be going into the dog's basket .... And will be replaced with a Wool Company one! Don't hesitate ....
