I would not recommend Wealthy Investor…
I would not recommend Wealthy Investor based on my experience. With a $15,000 commitment, I expected greater transparency, honesty, and fairness.
We paid $10,000 toward the All Star Coaching Program. Their Terms state “no refunds” and that you can cancel your membership. What was not clear when we enrolled was their position that this was a six-month commitment requiring the full $15,000 even if we canceled and lost access to the coaching and software.
When we canceled, we specifically discussed stopping future payments. We wrote, “Thank you for the stop payment for the next payments.” Carmen replied, “Yes, you will not be billed. Confirmed.” We relied on that written confirmation, but were charged again. We were then told something different: only our access had been canceled and we still owed the remaining balance.
Our access has now been completely removed, yet Wealthy Investor says we still owe $5,000. Their Terms also give the company broad rights to terminate services. From a customer’s perspective, I find it unfair that a customer can lose access yet still owe the full price while the company reserves broad termination rights.
We also asked to record the sales presentation and were not permitted to do so. I recommend getting every promise, cancellation term, and financial obligation in writing and saving the Terms in effect when you enroll.
I am not seeking a refund of the $10,000 simply because we canceled. My concern is the remaining $5,000 and the lack of clear, consistent communication, especially after being told in writing, “you will not be billed.”
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Wealthy Investor.
