Contacted The Watch Directory to search for a birthday gift for a friend. Wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, did have a rough, slightly limited budget, so was therefore looking for some guidance and advice. The help I was given was absolutely fantastic - they offered a great selection of brands and styles and gave good guidance on which would be most suitable for the recipient of the present. They had infinite patience and knowledge and I will most definitely use them again. Might even have to spoil myself in order to do so!

I was sceptical about ordering an expensive item online. I needn't had worried. Jonathan kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was a joy to communicate with and my watch came a lot earlier than expected. Faultless and excellent customer service. I will be using again.

I read all the glowing reviews on Trustpilot and decided to buy from The Watch Directory. I bought a Cartier Tank Solo for my wife. Ordered Sept 4, quoted 28 days delivery, but it arrived yesterday - Sept 14. Very friendly, knowledgeable people to deal with, and plenty of info on how the order is progressing. And a great price. I will use The Watch Directory for my next watch as soon as it becomes available.
All the other 5star reviews seem fully justified, judging by my experience.

Amazing value and the process was pretty simply.

I’ve been purchasing jewelry and watches from the same Jewler for decades and required an Omega for my daughters 18th, something a little special that she could keep for a long time; so was pleased to come across The Watch Directory. Following a scan of their site I was able to place an order with a deposit. A couple days later they confirmed that they were in receipt of the watch and took the balance of payment and instruction to get the item to me the next day. Impressed with the savings I pushed the boat out and went for the next model up which included diamonds on the face.

Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a Tissot for my wife which unknown to Watch Directory had been discontinued. I was phoned at home (in Australia) by Jonathan who offered me the current model at cost price. I was regularly emailed with updates on my order and given the details of the courier. The watch arrived in perfect condition. Oh yes and they adjusted the bracelet for no charge. Would recommend this company to anyone.
