Everything I receive has been of great quality and shipps in a timely fashion. Love the designs and just the quality of material for the stickers and the colors are amazing.

I have to admit that I was nervous about ordering from The Washi Tape Shop, but I have to say I'm glad I finally did. The shipping was very quick for coming from overseas, and I am grateful to have tracking that I could follow. I ordered Washi Tape Stickers, and they were wrapped and packaged beautifully! I am very impressed with the product I ordered and will definitely order again.

I have been very pleased with this shop. The products ordered have arrived quickly, are exactly as ordered and are made of high quality materials. The washi tapes are so colourful and really brighten up my journals. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I have been ordering for a couple years now and couldn’t be more pleased. The tapes are superior to any others on the market, and the ordering process is seamless. My ordered are always processed and shipped out immediately. I have noticed that shipping and receiving has significantly lesser over this last year. I got my last order in four day. That was quicker than Amazon!

#1 the quality of this product is hands down AMAZING! What brought me to The Washi Tape shop is AI and I want to order, buy & support an artist, not a computer. I will order again but will be selective of what I order. I was thoroughly disappointed with the Cozy Mornings Washi Paper Sticker set. You get 4 tiny sheets with 7 stickers on each page (1 pg has 8 stickers). I will not order the stickers again as I believe the price of this item is not worth what you receive. I am very disappointed with this product. However, the washi/PET tape, I will order again as honestly, that is more than worth the price. Overall, I am very happy with this order. I recommend!

Every time I buy something from The Washi Tape Shop I tell myself "that's it I'm not buying anything else" but low and behold I always come back for more! They have excellent products.

Ça fait plus d'un an que je commande chez eux et je suis toujours satisfaite de leurs produits qui sont juste incroyables!!! Récemment, j'ai eu affaire à leur SAV pour un problème de livraison, totalement indépendant de leur volonté (grève de notre service postal durant plus d'un mois). J'ai été bluffée par leur suivi. Lorsqu'ils ont vu que le colis n'était toujours pas arrivé, ils ont immédiatement pis contact avec moi. Suite à mes explications, ils ont fait des recherches auprès de Bpost. N'ayant aucune nouvelle de leur part, ils ont renvoyé le colis. Je ne peux que saluer leur suivi et leur professionnalisme!!! Je continuerai sans hésiter à leur faire confiance!! Faites-en de même 🙂
