From the moment the lady came out to my home to help design my new bathroom nothing was too much trouble. Showed me photos of how it could look advised on flooring to go with the boards. Very helpful.
Aaron the fitter worked so hard told me what he was doing each day and where he was upto before he left each night. He cleaned up daily. Excellent fitter

Thank you Tom and the Walk in Shower company

I had my bath and electric shower replaced with a walk-in thermostatic shower.
They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, from the video call, quote and ordering process with Toni to the install by Tom and his mate. Everyone was polite, friendly and understanding.
Tom and colleague on the two day install were lovely, communicative, quick, respectful of property and left no mess whatsoever and even texted the day after to check all was good.
Payment was quick and easy and there were no hidden costs or add-ons, what they quoted is what I paid and I couldn't be happier.
Only used it once so far but there are no leaks or issues with the shower unit at all.

Great experience from all parts of the company. From initial planning, price, to the extremely hard working fitter to the finished product. Well impressed. Would definitely recommend!

The fitters (both called Lee) did an excellent job, they were polite, friendly and respectful. The work took them one full day to complete and the result is a beautiful walk in shower that I can safely use, I am absolutely thrilled with the result AND service, it was nothing but positive from start to finish. Can't recommend highly enough.
