This company is a scam and I've ordered and still haven't received anything, I've had to get the refund through PayPal, who refunded me back. The company didn't respond to me twice after I'd asked for an update. Avoid at all costs!

Scam. Placed an order, paid and never heard again. No communications whatsoever, so in the end had to go through credit card chargeback process. Avoid avoid avoid!

I have finally recieved what I ordered after asking for a refund on multiple occasions..they admitted they lied about it being sent and said if it doesn't arrive by today I can keep it and they will refund. However it is FAKE! I ordered the palace x nike shirt and its arrived with Adidas labels! They also left the transfer paper on the nike label which has been put on rather wonky. Obviously set up to scam people during the world cup and the reason they are taking so long to send is because they have to order it from China themselves.

I ordered end of June and yet to receive my item. Customer service either reply in 5 mins or days. Same response every time "rest assured your item is not lost and is making its way to your local delivery office" and the "heatwave has effected royal mails delivery" but "they definitely have it" the tracking was created over a week ago with 48hr tracked delivery but the item still isn't here and royal mail have confirmed that its not been taken to them and they haven't collected it. I've had many parcels delivered by royal mail since I have ordered this and they have all arrived on time. I've asked for a refund multiple times but they continue to say they can't because it's on its way... some people seem to have received theirs but I would be very cautious ordering from here.

Waited so long for the order that my team were out of the world cup before I could wear it. The quality of the top is shocking. See-through material with the neck unfinished and seams awry. Trying to return it but customer service have gone quiet after saying I would receive a return label in 24 hours, four days ago. I am really hoping I have not been scammed and that I will eventually receive my refund. Would not touch again with a bargepole.

The shirts are as described and I’m really happy with them. They took a bit of time to arrive due to the World Cup and the heat waves but well worth the wait. I love mine.

Shirts were amazing quality. Although it comes after 10 days, the seller was transparent in all the emails regarding delivery time. It was worth the wait as quality was amazing and it fitted great. I’ll definitely be ordering from this website again

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a shirt before the World Cup but still waiting. Correspondence shocking. Every email is the same as the last. I have been given a Royal Mail tracking number from them but don’t even know if this is legitimate as it just keeps saying waiting for delivery. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I’m worried now that I won’t get a refund for the item if in fact I ever receive it.

UPDATE
Received order today. I admit quality very good and happy with goods. I just wish that the company would review their claim of 3-5 working days for delivery. It arrived 3 weeks after order. I think if they were honest regarding delivery times then their customer's would be happier. Yes I would order again but obviously well in advance of when needed.

Ordered a shirt on the 18th June. And has still not arrived. I’ve had no emails saying it’s delayed ect. Or replies to my emails asking where it is. Tracking says it was dispatched on the 26th June it’s now the 7th July and has still not arrived. The World Cup will be over by the time it gets here, if it ever does.

Was given an update email saying its been delayed but still no sign of the shirt!

Avoid at all costs as they do not reply to emails requesting an update or refund either. Likely a scam website.

This is a great company that has good clothing for an unbeatable price. Thanks a lot.

I ordered a football shirt from this so called company on the 12th of June.
Received an email from them regarding a delay in quality checking apparently so I replied asking them if I could upgrade the delivery to someone like DPD.
Their response was that they do not provide a faster delivery service, shock!
Finally received an email on the 20th June to say that my order has been dispatched.
Still waiting, if this arrives via carrier pigeon or a slow boat from China remains to be seen.
If this does arrive it will probably not fit, I will wait but not holding ones breath.
Will update if this does arrive.

***LATEST UPDATE (9th July)***
My shirt finally arrived over four weeks after placing my order - and as originally predicted in my trustpilot review below, their so-called “quality assurance” time is actually the time it takes for their products to be shipped from China. I know this because the XL size I ordered was labelled 2XXL and guess what? It was TOO SMALL…!!! I’ve since requested a full refund and had radio silence.

ORIGINAL POST (20 June) I ordered a vintage football top for Father’s Day on 10 June, which should have been within their timescales to deliver on time. Their claim that they need 3-5 days to quality assure each piece prior to sending, with an additional 2-3 days for item to be received. Today I received an email from them (thought it would contain the tracking info), but it was just to say they require ANOTHER 3-5 days to quality assure the top and it will be sent after that.

I’ve emailed back and so far have heard nothing back.

⚠️EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - AVOID ordering as I think it’s either a total scam, or they’re ordering the items from China when orders are first placed, and the delay relates to waiting for the item to ship/arrive from China. Either way am wholly unimpressed and if it’s the latter, the item will likely be too small.

If they do happen to deliver the goods, I will update my review, however until then PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY (REALLY WISH I’d done my research before placing the order 🙄🫣😔)

*UPDATE on 2 July* STILL HAVEN’T received the top I purchased OVER 3 weeks ago. They did reply to an email saying due to World Cup they are extra busy, but this is unacceptable - customers need to be well-briefed on delivery timescales before making a purchase. Supremely disappointed and extremely upset 😠
