Great place and really impressed. Staff are fabulous with excellent customer service. Food was great and facilities, layout, furniture etc really well done. Clean and presentable. It was faultless. We will be returning.

Went with party of 6 food was great not a long wait for it to arrive everyone enjoyed the food. Burger was great fries amazing the 2 steaks cooked to request. Halloumi fries were brilliant ( side order will order more next time). Was in child area lots of room and bouncy castle. Staff were brilliant especially Gemma who was so helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit 5*****+

We visited The View this evening and four main courses were served and we all really enjoyed our food. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The food was excellent in both quality and value for money. if l didn't live on Norwich l would eat regularly at this delightful venue, with a view. Tim and family

Table of seven of us, had a wonderful day here.
Well organised, staff amazing... table service for drinks which was really efficient and useful. Greeted with Prosecco Halloumi starter, Chicken in amazing creamy sauce, veg & potatoes and I chose the champagne Jelly which was just perfect. This was a large event and very organised. Staff ALL personable with big smiles - everyone was really really pleased with the whole experience and day - I even got to meet the chef who was clearly passionate about the food too. Location is beautiful too.

If you’re in any doubt about the slow service, cheap and bland ingredients then hopefully a government hygiene score of 0 tells you all you need to know.

This place has been done beautifully. I couldn’t wait to try it out and with the bouncy castle we were not disappointed at first impression. HOWEVER, service was really quite dreadful and I feel sorry for the girls. They lack direction and they really need some management there. When we ordered we were told the food would be about 20-30mins which was absolutely fine. My husband and daughter got their drinks and I waited over 15 mins for mine - it was a mocktail. Over an hour went by and after giving benefit of the doubt I asked where I food was. The lady went to the kitchen ……never came back! Alarm bells started so I asked someone else who investigated only to find out our food order had never actually reached the kitchen. We were offered free drinks if we ever go back…it’s unlikely unfortunately. Did get a full refund of the food I need to add.

Visited for a club dinner party with 70 guests, and although this was the first major function at the venue since it changed hands I felt the venue coped really well.

Although service stalled a little at times the food when it arrived was tasty and well presented and the staff were polite, courteous and professional throughout.

Give The View a try, it’s a great spot and for a fledgling operation they can continue to build on their strengths.

Even the cup of tea was undrinkable.
Waited over 2 hours for good that was clearly bought from cheapest source, so was bland and had I not been so hungry would have been returned.

Not suitable menu for large function.

Visited for a full English breakfast, all I received was a full plate of disappointment. Terrible quality ingredients all round and poorly cooked items. The bacon had been microwaved and was hardly cooked. Over priced and staff were rude and clueless about everything.

Don't waste your time or money here. Better off going to white row farm Cafe which is close to this place and far superior in every aspect.

I visited The View for Sunday roast with a large group. The service was excellent and the food was 5*. The venue is stunning with both modern indoor seating and outdoor area perfect for outdoor food and drinks.

Really nice venue, the renovation has massively improved the space. There’s comfortable seating both indoor & out with a perfect patio set up for taking the dog along with you. Friendly staff, made sure you had everything you needed/wanted. Food was lovely & well presented. Nice clean cutlery! Outside booth with patio heater made a chilly April evening bare-able. Overall very pleasant experience & will return in future.

Lovely Mother’s Day meal. King prawn and chorizo dish was delicious and really good choice of Pinot. Staff were really friendly!
