Choose the right delivery partner
The quality of product and service from The Vault was spot on, only delay was delivery from UPS. The Vault are not to blame for this but if I were them I would certainly tighten up processes with my delivery partner/s.

We've looking into the issues with UPS. I can see it was delivered within the delivery window, but can understand your frustrations with them struggling to locate your address. Especially when the item was needed urgently.

Really disappointing
I ordered a Manchester United 2012-13 shirt with van Persie on the back in “perfect” condition, but the order I received did not look like the images at all. The sponsor on the front is very creased and parts of it are hanging off to the point where it would be difficult to salvage, despite the fact I spent nearly £100 on it. Very disappointed.

Having spent some time with you, investigating and reviewing the item, we've discovered this damage was caused 3 weeks after purchase by the steaming method used to clean the shirt.

Highly recommend! Authentic products with great customer service
I have made several purchases from The Vault, they have never failed to deliver authentic products with a great customer service. I have every confidence that, when I order something, it arrives securely packaged, always matches the description and is a genuine product. Definitely recommend! I couldn’t get the trainers my son wanted in the Uk found them on the vault website. Ordered between Christmas and new year so shipping probably took about 3 weeks but was fully updated with tracking along the way. Came in perfect condition and I’ve got one very happy son

Charged credit card and after they canceled my order, was not provided full refund.
Charged credit card for confirmed purchase. The vault canceled my order later that day after confirmation. The Vault Company failed to communicate as to why my order was canceled. I was also not provided full refund after they canceled my order.
