Plastic, kept my money. False advertising and poor customer service.
1. The bag was not leather but pleather—a plastic. In the description it said leather.
2. The material smelled of mold and heavy cigarette smoke.
3 The company said the only resolution was for me to pay ($80) to send my bag back for a refund OR exchange it for a “master quality” bag and pay the difference ($200-$300) more than what I already paid.
They advertise “easy returns.”
Fully disappointed and scammed. Don’t waste your money.
