Couldn't recommend Merthyr trade centre…

Couldn't recommend Merthyr trade centre Wales enough, was kept up to date at all times in with regards to the new car, massive thank you to Matthew and the rest that helped me from start to finish with the finance process, brilliant service.

The centre on first look was great

The centre on first look was great, the staff at the time of looking for a car were second to none, they bent over backwards to help find a car that was right.
sadly that was where it stopped once they thought a suitable car was found they changed towards you, and you are no longer that special person, things from then get slower and you are left just waiting for long periods with no real reasons.
I would go back as their cars are very nicely presented.

Sales manager will say anything to sell

Sales man blatantly lied to sell the car! I was unsure between two cars as one was serverly scratched so the sales man said hed be able to fix it but they didn't have same colour there. When booked it back in they wouldnt fix the scratches as claimed it wasnt agreed when bought. When spending this kind of money you expect atleast to look good. Stuck in a long finance agreement with a scratched up car. Was the hardest sale ive ever seen on warenty obviously they must make commission

My only problem was the wait

My only problem was the wait. We were waiting for quite some time but I could see that the staff were very busy and doing their best.
Other than that the service was good. the car was eventually ready and I was happy with the car. and the how clean it was.
