Towels delivered in good time, well packaged. The towels are thick and feel soft to touch. They wash well.

Fairly good towels
Fairly good towels, arrived quickly.
One small niggle was that I had to spend quite a bit of time snipping off lots of small threads from the towels.
I would use again but hope that the quality control is better next time.

Warehouse error and slow customer service…
The company sent a couple of wrong products (warehouse mispick probably). Messaged straight away to request how to resolve the issue. Sent the proof of incorrectly delivered product. They have since ignored me for almost a week. Price and delivery were top notch, customer service leaves something to be desired!

We replied back to them @ 22:16 on Sunday 19th July requesting some details, but we never heard back from them. We therefore did not ignore them!
