Parcel came quickly and I was very pleased with the contents

I ordered a short drop valance and was told by customer service that the drop could be between 12 inches and 14 inches. The valance,when received, was 17 inches! No issues with the quality or speed of delivery and a full refund processed promptly although I'm still unclear how an incorrect product was sent to me.

Great priced towels, the hand & bath towels feel thinner than the bath sheet when washed though.
I tumbled dried all the towels & the lint that came off of them could easily have filled a teddy bear.
Overall very happy with them, just hoped they would feel a bit more luxurious

Speedy delivery, no fuss online ordering. The travel size memory foam bamboo covered pillow is comfortable and just what I need to take away on short trips when I know the pillows there would give me neck ache!

What a great personable business, there was some confusion with the delivery of my order due to the driver not photographing the completed delivery.
